Mother is about thee same bless her. Dad keeps having problems. They managed to get his catheter to work. It needed a bigger tube. He keeps getting an infection on the bsck of his heel so need anti bios plus he had an exray and his whole foot has arthritis.
peach, another thing you could try... a spray bottle of water and an electric fan. spray your face and let the fan blow gently on you.

Me too, 3 times! Maybe we went to the same. I saw him twice at RFK stadium , and once at Capital Center. Twice for Born in the USA tour, and once for Tunnel of Love tour.
I saw him once at Towson University and twice at Capital Center. Don't remember what years. I know the last time at Capital Center I had kids because I had to call the sitter and ask if she could stay late.
Great memories! He puts on the best show, so energetic.

I saw on the news that there was a temperature inversion problem with the fireworks, due to the high humidity. The smoke wasn't dissipating, making the fireworks hard to see in some areas.
Heat, high humidity and the need to use portable toilets are some of the reasons that I don't go down to the Mall in DC for the 4th.
I have mixed feelings about fireworks because the dogs get very upset; l think the boise hurts their sensitive ears or else, they're just sissies
we went down after the rain, just to see the fireworks. Our usual spot was barricaded off due to the extra security, so we watch from the South terrace of the Kennedy Center. The first part of the launch was excellent, but the second half was obscured by the smoke as Molly said
we missed the flyovers and all that. I wonder if he will try to repeat it in 2020 when he will be in full campaign mode

Aww thanks Gwen. I'm one of the lucky ones - I usually don't get many episodes of pain. Sadly when it happens it always seems to be during the middle of the night

I always sleep with my head elevated. Unfortunately it has no effect on my symptoms. I've taken some paracetamol and used my CBD oil and thankfully it's starting to pass now but it means I only got about 3 hours sleep so I'll be knackered later today haha
