Is there any way that the doctor would order an exercise machine that you could use sitting down....your arms and legs, well, all of your body would probably benefit. Use a very firm voice when asking for things.

Yes, it's called Hospital at Home (HAD), a way of keeping people out of hospital
Please be careful with the paid meds and the stairs. I'm not able to get any more here because of the "opoid" thing. But you know that the people who use it for recreation still get it some how.

It's hard to imagine anyone using oxy for pleasure. It only takes the e4 off the pain, no fun at all
They even give me fentanyl in addition to oxy
And they pay for everything

We have had some long overdue rain too. It's going to be a drab Fall, leaf color wise. The leaves haven't gotten enough rain to fully color.

It must have been hard to keep all your growing plants watered.
We have drip irrigation in the garden, but yes, it ran all the time. My porch plants are shaded but they have to be watered daily.
