He's been having so much fun working on that cabinet! He used to refinish antiques for a living...a lifetime or so ago.
weather changes are the pits. I get more sensitive to them as I grow older, and I was overly sensitive to start with. So I hear ya! Hope the doc can find something out that can be remedied.

5.3 what? You translated the kg for me (which I have to do all the time cuz my vet doses my dog in mg/kg), but 5.3 doesn't equal anywhere near 150 - 200 in any conversion I can think of!
the only grumble i have now is the fluid restriction. have discovered the long tube icy poles hold only 70mls and because they are so cold, are much more satisfying.
Whoa, you're not home yet? And, fasting blood sugar here is good at 150, but I don't know the measurement. I wish the world had the same measuring systems!

well not quite, sprite. the heart muscle has become stiff because of the CCF (congestive cardiac failure).i see dr Nick in 2 weeks, until then i am to take things quietly. am allowed to only do half my usual workout at the gym. no arm exercises this week. ( i had a garden hose in my right radial artery).

mine are right under the skin, rose, and they hurt so much. And my hp says the ankle is still too hot to the touch, which might also be a reaction to the metal. We will see. Not longing for another operation, but on the other hand, if it will bring down the pain, it might be worth it.

If another surgery will lessen the pain in the long run, it might be worth it - my ankle still hurts me, especially if I forget my insert in another pair of shoes. Hi Zooz!
cold packs lock and cramp up my muscles, so that is a no go atm. The TENS I still use, but not sure it is doing much, tbh. Might give it another try after removal of the metals.
sorry to have been away so much, zooz, life is a bit busy atm. But do tell, how are you? And are your parents managing?
have you tried another variation on the TENS? look for something more soothing perhaps.

Cold packs causing cramps could possibly a lack of magnesium. Without actual testing, no way to know, but if I forget my magnesium, I cramp. I would think TENS would work much better without metal

oh rose... poor Caya. She bought an electric bicycle some time ago, because she needs one for her handicaps. Then somebody hit her with a car, did not leave address and caya had to pay for the damages. And then, just when she had the bike back from the shop, her housemate left the garden gate open and someone stole her ebike...

I have learnt that the body is very clever in telling you when things are quite wrong...do make sure you are looked after.
I had a chest infection recently of which I am still coughing. Then had to go to a funeral on the mainland. I am not keen on public toilets so thought best not to drink too much whilst away for the 12+ hours. I think that was a big mistake and maybe that contributed to this problem now.
I am a real dork sometimes.
