FWs, last word fe7
WTG JESSMOM!!!
WTG, Jessmom!
Thanks!
hey kam. went to the gym today. actually extended all my exercises. before i went, my muscles were pretty sore. even endone didn't help. so i took a magnesium tablet. and, as they say, the rest is history.
I hope you mean the mag helped? I always helps me.
And good on you for going to the gym!!!
yeah, the mag helped enormously.
not seeing that fe 7
Yay! Which kind do you use? I use several, but the chelated glucinate is best for muscles imo.
fe7. most of what happened when i tripped + alternative spelling of lumpy growth on skin
ty rose -- new one for me (among others) *!*~*!*
i use the magnesium malate. the bonding agent is made from apples and so it is very rapidly absorbed. like 10 minutes and you can feel the effect.
WTG DIZGRANNIE!!!
FE is actually a plant with purple flowers. So many plants have that ending
i have to import it from the USA. our stupid drug people won't approve it for us.
I use malate too, but my doc kept pushing the glycinate, so I tried it. Less mg for more relief. I still use the malate every night too
I think I have 5 different mags in the cupboard now, lol! All have a specific purpose, and some you don't want every day ;)
when mother mac was alive she had night cramps quite severely. just after she came to live with us, i suggested she try mag mal. for the first time in over 30 years she slept a whole night through. she was so excited and happy.
That's great!
Also, I think I'll ask M to try it...his doc gave him a drug to help him sleep...it knocked him on his patootie for two days. Maybe the malate will help him.
i get scalp cramps which are the absolute pits. the start on the lower le4 side of my neck and travel up, over my scalp to myle4 eyebrow. when i have one of those babies i could quite cheerfully cut my own throat.
maybe try him with some valerian or chamomile?
Eww, sounds awful! I get TMJ cramps, but massage usually works. I
Chamomile, yeah, valerian has contraindications for both of us. Poor guy is so tired tonight after fixing the generator so we could run the fridge and stuff...at least we still have power tonight. Major blessing!
I think I have wild fingers tonight - missing letters, extra letters....no stress here...NOT
hi, all
glad the generator is up and running again. what a blessing that man is.

Oh, we can have AWOL but not POTUS, okay.
I wish POTUS was AWOL
Oh I'd be happy to give him L, gramma

I was surprised awol was allowed the other day, but quite a few acronyms have made it into a dictionary. awol has been around forever. potus, otoh I never heard until the 2000s, but maybe that's just me.
It's just like anything else. Enable is selective about what it accepts and what it doesn't. There doesn't seem to be any logical criteria for inclusion or exclusion.
exactly
My favorite is that it will take French for shit, but not French for thank you.
... perhaps Potus is always or usually used as a proper noun so it doesn't make it to the dictionary while awol describes a state of being
also, it won't take shite. come one!
on
looks like POTUS was around in the 60s but reached peak use in 2000.
potus is an acronym...
I would say shite is a made up word, but so is arvo and it takes that.
as is AWOL, which to enable can also be a noun that can be pluralized.
yes, we are discussing the acceptance of some acronyms but not others
I can see it being used as a noun - an absence without leave
*goes back to wokring grid*
done and outta here
