I find I have to re-enter words from the morning when I come back later. I only have had this problem since using the xbox. Never had that problem with the laptop.
Haven't changed how I enter words..... entering via phone per usual. :-(

hi Unea, I was looking through the chat and noticed you and others keep having words entered simply disappear, points and all. I've been having that problem since the summer. Refresh (the part-circle with the arrow at the right of the address bar) sometimes helps. Good idea to keep a written list though. Hokie Carla has the same problem.
