The boys are both living away from home now - one in Tacoma, one more locally. It's interesting watching young people try to get a start in life these days. expectations don't always match reality, I fear.
Yes! I am loving teaching third grade -- my 6th year and I think I am finally getting the hang of it. :-)

Third grade has to be one of the best ones
Generally speaking, it is a "sweet spot" between the lower-skilled and lower-motivated grades... LOL they still want to learn, but have some actual skills so they can work independently.

I also think you can return anything but sometimes you have to pay a fee so you don't get the full amount back. You should be able to go to your orders and click return this item (or something like that) and it will start the process and tell you any fees, etc.

can you heat water in the bottom to loosen it some?

Baking soda & hot water paste works well
I did vinegar and water to a boil, toss the vinegar, then scrub in some baking soda. May try the paste as well. Thanks for that reminder, lil' monkey!1
