Does anyone know how things are with Lickety? I believe he was having a rough time of things
Liz has been posting updates about Lickety. Physically, he is okay. But he's been without power for days.
Large areas of Sydney are still without power. In the newspaper this morning it said that they are short of manpower to replace the lines that are down. Could still be a few days before we get Lickety back. Sympathy to him being without power for so long.
As at 10pm tonight, power is out to 4,600 homes & businesses affected by last week’s cyclone-like storms in Sydney.
That was a quote from 42 minutes ago on the Ausgrid site.

We've just had a small amount of rain here but there's been more rain south of here - hopefully it'll be enough to retard some of the fires in the area.
