I have both but will take me a min to see what they are
ok ty
et 4/5, et 5/14 I think
ty. need a clue please. ty
the 5 is musical
the first is babblet for needlecase
the 4, I'm not sure, but I think it relates to language. ends in a nervous spasm
no, the needle case is from 3rd row E I think
for the 5, think Chopin
I can't remember!
I always find that "which e" thing very confusing as often it seems a word could start with either
it has to be because it comes from the first available letter top to bottom, L to R, and you can make that word from the 3rd row E.
I vaguely remember Dr. God explaining to us many years ago that it works that way. L to R and top to bottom order, whichever letter makes the word first is the tile it comes from.
you know, I never knew that.
as if it isn't hard enough completing these grids... but thanks for the explanation!
glad I could provide this PSA :D
i'm a left to right person so i get it
stuck on eu7, is this a word I should know?

cr 5/22. I've monkeyed everything with no luck,
that's because there are no vowels in the word...

Perhaps we should all be showing Welsh flags today in honour of that word.
Good morning all

wild animals are fi6
before the heat making fi4
see these words I should have seen when I started this annoying
These grids are full of obscure words that are not worth finding, most of the time.
i agree with molly totally
Sorry you feel that way, Molly. I think the so called 'obscure' words make the most interesting grids. In fact, many babblers are familiar with these words because they have a fund of obscure subjects. But then, if finishing the puzzle is the only goal, then i understand why you find the lesser known vocabulary worthless.
(bets jwr uses crwth often enough)
hi all.help with ex6 pls
did you get it? if so, bet you were all ex6d when you found it.
yes I did ty
I totally agree with Molly. I have been thinking the same thing for years. I only do as much as I can of the grid without help
tice
rite
rite
I can see both viewpoints, but I guess to me the archaic words are part of the charm.
though I do wish it would pick up on some newer words as well.
th6/24 #1 please?
th 6 - ends with facial spasm
thanks teach
e5/14?
de5/14 pls?

oh geez. ty
I actually only just found it - then thought to myself "why didn't I just try it without even knowing, the letters are there!"

yay, done! laters, all
ur6, please?
ur + SMS message pl for ur7
thanks
yw :)
Finishing the puzzle hasn't been my "only goal" in years. As for a "fund of obscure subjects" well, maybe I should leave that one alone. : D
eu7 and ex6, please?
eu 7 = eu + consonant + tradition
ex6 = I bet you'll be ex6d when you find it! Like a kid on Chrisgtmas morning
got the ex 6, thanks still struggling with 'tradition'
tradition: a **** of passage
got it thanks
last word... the last ti6,18
