I have 100, just refreshed and still have 100. I think the problem is when you enter a bunch of words at once and it looks like it took, but it didn't really. it's almost always 4 letter words missing when it happens to me.

i tend to have strong core and legs so i focus on cardio and upper body strength.
i love zumba, the music is great - billie eilish and daddy yankee- and i feel like a little kid when the moves include jumping. jumping is such i kid thing, and good for the bones.
i have strong legs.. i do need to build up my core and upper body strength.. started lifting weights too

been reading a lot about restricting eating to certain hours of the day and "Fasting" for 14 hours or more. Like eating from 7 am to 3 pm and then not again till the next day at 7 am. "Intermittent fasting" has quite a bit of solid evidence for it
it was all stress and boredom. mostly stress. but our family has a lot of type II diabetes so my DR. gets on me for any weight gain.
One of the conditions intermittent fasting addresses is precisely the risk for Type II diabetes

I am not sure which dictionaries use which criteria for definitions they include and definitions they don't include. It is odd that the same word means neckwear and a skillet, two very different things. The prefix is similar to another French culinary word. So the skillet made more sense to me.
It looks to me like it's a skillet with an e and a chain or ribbon without an e.

I try to take zinc daily but the dosage I have right now makes my sick to my stomach if I don't take it with a big meal so I'm hit or miss on it. I had 2 colds in the past month so I probably should try harder.
Umcka is essence of geranium. Has some evidence of clinical efficacy. Zinc has some side effects I don't like so I don't take that. Umcka apparently coats the epithelial cells and helps prevent the virus from attaching but that's why it has to be taken at the very first sign of getting a cold
