good too. had my cadiac rehab assessment yesterday. i am to have some one-on-one help from physio, social worker, geriatrician, nurse, psychologist. so am happy about that.

nurse i saw yesterday told me flat out no gym until i have been through this special program. she has fast tracked me too. trying very hard to get pain under control without opioids.
i am open to any suggestions. my own thoughts include exercising in the deep warm water pool, at least twice/week. i now have osteoporosis from S1 to C2, with very little cartilage present.

I don't know what you can do for osteoporosis -- my d-i-l took up weight lifting at the gym and that helped her, but she was at the beginning stages -- she also upped her calcium intake (not that I hadn't been advising that for years, but what do I know - I'm just the mo ther-in-law who has always drunk a lot of milk and eaten a lot of fresh veggies and salad and who also has really good bone density
