I would. I have a pretty small kitchen.
and the house was built in the 50s so when her oven went out she couldn't find one to fit that spot so she went many years without one. she would make a whole thanksgiving meal with toaster oven, crock pot, and one working stove eye.
Good grief! That's amazing.
I didn't have a stove for over a year and that was crazy enough.
I never fixed Thanksgiving dinner though.
she has since gotten a new range unit and lost some of the cabinet space but then has a little pantry where the old oven was
