The we7/60 is probably supposed to be "wetware" - it's in More Words.
Thanks Gillie - I'll update the email to him.
And done!
thanks, Lizlin.
No worries! I usually just check the numbers for this reason - even before I need the list.

Morning
hi sukee - all recovered from last week's wind storm/blizzard?
we didn't have it too badly except for the wind. I'm looking forward to warmer temperatures next week.
it's supposed to be mild here until next weekend - we typically get one or two big snow storms in march/april before we can haul out the sandals
(i say that with flurries in the forecast for today - but not bitterly cold like last month)
any clue for the 8?
I'm just tired of being cold, I'm layered up today inside my apartment. The wind gets in so easily.
brr sukee
But, it's supposed to be 10C by Wednesday.
Next week we are going to have temps approaching 60F
Sounds about right, that is close

it's another abstract noun :D
Tu7?
I don't have any TU! will look for that too.
i wanted tuatara but that's not here
turtelo - could be one of the TMNT
oh silly me, there is an alt way to spell it i guess!
oh, thanks.
well, had to finally look up that tr5. I was going from the wrong T.
wow, my missing A from the bottom was an easy 4
was it length times width?
yep
Still don't see a tu7.....
hurshy almost typed it in the chat - change a vowel to fit what's in the grid
i feel like that happens to me a lot, i type something only to find there is an alt sp that i didn't know about that is in the grid, and then i feel like a dope
Got it!
there's always an alt sp, until it's something I try thinking surely this is an alt sp.

May I have a wee nudge for the tu7?
Alloy clued at 11:09, matty
Hi folks
fireworks!
Oh, sorry, that was the 5
no, aloy clued tu5 I think. hurshy typed an alt spelling in for the 7 but I think it's scrolled off if you want to open the archive
not super easy to clue without just spelling it out
oh, it's a NZ reptile that hurshy apparently knew
indeed Hokie, it twists around all in the lower corner
the 1st can tell you that after the tu there's another vowel, which can throw a curve
then ends like aloe ----
Got it, thank you!
Is the tu 7/32 an extra word?
what do you mean, extra?
bichon - if you mean an extra word on Lickety, apparently that's a we7 (wetware, specifically, someone believes)
tu7/32 - tu + vowel + alt spelling of firm ground
odd, I didn't see an extra word on lickety
I haven't (yet) looked, but someone said that last night when I was on....
tyvm aprl
maybe he fixed it
definitely 203 on the list now
Looks like he has. Yeah. Maybe other lists, though, if automated? Anyway... that was the buzz!
Molly mention earlier this morning that Lickety had fixed the extra word
guess I didn't get up early enough to see anything :D
yeah wetware isn't accepted

Yummm ... radioactive pasta
i meant to ask was it really spicy? or mild
Very mild.
oh good
I just had a salad for dinner I was still pretty full.
I still have some left for lunch. Big serving.
Weird, when you look up that New Zealand reptile, it gives a different spelling
Babble, the kingdom of the alternate spelling version
well the have an owl named a Ruru so they can't be all that bad
if you ask me that is
Ah, hooting your own horn, I see.
If I don't do it whoo will who? who?
I'm in the process of writing "An Ode to Ru"

:)
stats for top i please?
hello! iz4
oh, fishy. Thanks, carla, and hello!
two days ago i got my first Phizer does. Today, i feel better than in many many months.
Glad to hear that. I seem to be back to struggling with my joints since I’ve had the Pfizer jab. They improved massively after I had civic, but now back to where I was.
So a dose of COVID vaccine makes you feel better?
feah, joint pain is a known side effect. I'm sorry you regressed.
Covid not civic!
Jax, I just talked with someone about the same thing today. I have Psoriatic Arthritis, and the first dose of the vaccine made me go into a little flare.
Well, it did for me, one of my housemates, and a person i know who has long-term covid.
On the bright side, it means my immune system is working.
sorry to hear that, nrkii.
Meh, all I care about is whether the vaccine works. I can handle a flare -- had enough of them in my life to know how to get through. :)
I assumed you meant it made you feel better mentally.
My second dose of the vaccine might cause a bigger flare. But at least now I know what to look out for.
So you had/have COVID, DC?
no, i am breathing better, have a LOT more energy.
interesting
housemate and i both are thinking we might both have had asymptomatic covid, yeah.
Off to check bread. smells about done.
I thought I had symptomatic covid 2x and did not have any antibodies when tested.
I’m hoping that it doesn’t but I’ve lived with joint pain for long enough to just get on with it. The worst is that I’m not allowed to take the pain meds that really work for me due to other meds I’m on.
Yeah, it didn't help me that I had to stop taking my NSAID for a week around the vaccine, but luckily the join pain for me was pretty minor. The skin is what is flaring, and that's okay. It hurts, but it's localized.
bread is resting. :)
I had a really nasty virus early last year that I thought was covid but had no antibodies. Had a positive test in November and definitely had it then. Just enrolled on an antibody study so should find out results this week. Will have monthly tests for the next 6 months or so
thank you for joining the study, Jax
Hope you feel better soon nrkii. I’m not allowed NSAIDs only paracetamol 😞
My friend who tested positive last Apr 1 had antibodies every month until Oct., but she was doing the antibody test at home and said she had some trouble that month so wasn't sure if she messed up. Have not even talked to her since then about it.
Ugh. My dad managed his Ankylosing Spondylitis with just 2 aleve and 6 tylenol a day for the last 15 years of his life. I don't know how he managed that.
I forgot what we call paracetamol in US
Dc anything I can do to help I’m willing to. Do a weekly virus symptom tracker, further surveys, follow up symptom tracker having had Covid
paracetamol = tylenol
acetaminophen
acetaminophin
LOL
tylenol = acetominophin :)
CDC has followed up daily since shot via their VSafe website. The text, i log in, and answer questions about how i'm feeling.
yes it does, nrkii :)
any clues for the EL6?
Pond weed
thanks jax!
thanks, jax, i was able to look that up .
off to depan bread
two successful loaves yay.
I am terrible at this! Haha
it gets easier as you do it more.
I made some chocolate cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. Best recipe I know is devil's food cake in Joy of Cooking.
de 6/21, pls
nice, joy. sounds delicious.
is that why your handle is joy?
LOL
my stepmother had a copy of that book - in the back was diagrams of how to skin a squirrel
Joy of Cooking prides itself on being complete. Personally, I'll skip the squirrel.
doesn't really sound like something I'd find joy in doing
my Fannie Farmer has instructions for butchering: bears, geese/ducks/chickens, fish, squirrels that i recally.
recall even
you better be careful butchering a bear.
he might not be so happy being butchered
it presumes hunting fodder, but yeah.
My mother had a cookbook from her mother that included instructions on cooking possum (which are supposed to have a strong-tasting meat, as I recall) and turtle soup (starting with a whole turtle). But it also had instructions for decorated Halloween muffins.
nm, fw
congrats, bichon
and cool, Gillie
first pass done. 40 to go
go, go Harry!
One of my mom's big reveals to me a few years back was that she has skinned and cooked squirrels.
Her more recent reveal was that she has also cracked a safe.
oh, cool, nrkii
Wow!!!
maybe your mother used to be patty hearst
She lived on a farm from age 8 to 19, and her dad and uncles used to go hunting, but usually didn't get much more than squirrels...
oh never mind then.
visiting family on the farm in OH, i ate several squirrel stews.
And I think the safe was in the basement of the farmhouse.
It annoyed her that nobody knew the combination, so she worked at it and got it.
colette and odetta are in the grid. all the famous one hame artists from yesteryear
name!

Harry is into old folk music inspirational people.
