Owl, day care centers allow germs to thrive year round. RSV infections used to occur in Feb-March and now occur year-round.

terrifying. she had MIS-C with renal failure and heart problems. they didn't even know she'd had covid. after treatmeant, she went home after 5 days but it will be 6 mos before her heart recovers.
Yes, one of our patients had MIS-C with heart, liver, and kidney involvement. He was critically ill. And the mother has no intention to vaccinate herself or her 4 kids.
i had hoped that, as it became evident how at risk children are to covid complications, adults would become more responsible
and this is precisely why I'm vaccinating my kids asap
MIS-C is Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome - Child (there is adult version too)
our school district is holding a vaccination clinic in afew weeks
