there are so many cases of omicron here now that the health authority is telling us that if we have any of the 8 or so symptoms they listed we should just isolate for 5 days from the onset --- there are just too many people and not enough test kits.

I’ve been in this house for 30 years now. Last year, I got major renovation work done. I decided to declutter ruthlessly. It took 6 medium sized dumpsters to get where I wanted to be. My kids (all home-owners in their own right) were invited to come & claim their ‘treasures’. None of them did, so they were all dumped. It was cathartic.
The days of moving myself are long gone. I did it enough times when my joints were in better shape.
i couldn't move myself anymore.. it's too much for me now.. I am planning just one more move (I hope)
