I still don't understand people who are wearing a mask while driving alone in a car.
I have two opinions on that. We were told at the very beginning of the pandemic to keep them on until we could remove them safely after washing our hands.
The second is you get used to wearing them and forget you have them on.
Okay, but COVID is not transmitted through touch so number one no longer applies. And I would never have thought of number two because I detest masks and will never "get used to wearing them". Mine gets ripped off as soon as I am clear of whatever place I am in that requires them.
I figure that I don't know if that person just dropped off someone who had been couching in their car and the particulates are still possibly airborne.

It is not just hitting the refresh button at the top of the screen. It is pressing CNTRL + F5 on Windows. I have no clue how to do it on a Mac.

i have my state's Medicaid, currently, and it covered the extraction and a pop-in denture tooth, but would not have covered root canal/crown, or implant. however i can still get the implant if i get good insurance at some time within 5 years after the extraction
same here jmc - flouride was added to our water in 1953. Don't know why they stopped using it about 15 years ago.
I guess so the dentist could charge extra for painting it on your teeth!
i think it's because they found that while good for the teeth, in young children, the INGESTION of too much fluoride can cause brain damage. so if it's in the water instead of just in toothpaste, that's a concern.
it's just wrong to yank a tooth. root canal and crown should be standard.
i remember when dentists would do anything else not to have to pull a tooth.

hey at least the anesthesia's still covered. in some poor countries, it isn't.
when I had my orthodontics done 15 years ago now -insurance only covered $2000 of a $6000 bill.
I did invisalign about 15 years ago. I definitely had to pay a lot of it, I think 60%.

The shortage of baby formula has me the most concerned.
Fresh chicken. Frozen chicken was only available at Aldi. The other local grocery hasn't had frozen chicken products for weeks.
The juice aisle was noticably empty. The soup and broth aisle was also looking lean, but that could be that it is cold here.
I had an odd one last week when I was on a trip. The restaurant didn't have any tea bags (except sleepytime). The adjoining hotel had tea bags in the rooms. So I brought a tea bag from the room into the restaurant.
My mil always carried teabags in her handbag.
