okay, I don't remember what the hard reset is on windows but try a regular refresh first like ruru said.
then if that doesn't work maybe someone here will chime in with the windows hard reset.

and I should say hard refresh instead of hard reset, because they are different

Hard refresh works so if people are not using CNTRL + F5 to refresh, they will get no joy
is the hard refresh do something better than the little circular arrow button?

the circular arrow is a regular refresh but sometimes that isn't enough, so a hard refresh is required to clear your cache and load the most recent page for a website.
if you don't have F keys, does that mean you are on a mac, mab? if so, you would use command-shift-R for a hard refresh.
