8:29 am

ooooh Modine

8:29 am

ding ding ding!!!

8:29 am

I haven't watched full metal jacket in about a thousand years

8:32 am

what's funny is, i made a little meme sort of thing with Hopper, El, and Papa, titled My Two Dads: Stranger Things

8:32 am

and one of the original two dads was Paul Reiser

8:32 am

who is also on stranger things

8:32 am

AND who is also currently on The Boys

8:33 am

hah

8:34 am

the boys is unrelated but

8:34 am

also happens to be something i'm currently watching

8:40 am

phantom: menhir

8:40 am

i know for many people that would be a weird word but i just love menhirs!

8:43 am

I love them too! I always look for menhir

8:43 am

:D

9:14 am

There are three 8's in that letter.

9:16 am

9:17 am

P

9:17 am

9:19 am

if there was an L i would see what the 3rd one was lol

9:19 am

does a blue herring lead you to the correct solution?

9:20 am

blue herring means throw out the container - the cream sauce is rotten

9:20 am

9:23 am

you couldn't tell by the voice?

9:24 am

i guess i just wasn't thinking about it

9:24 am

or maybe i did at the time but it's been awhile and i forgot

yeah, that's surprising. it looked and sounded just like him.

9:26 am

well i also dopily did not notice that they switched out the actress playing Matilda Stone on Queens of Mystery, so, i guess i'm just oblivious

9:31 am

12:40 pm

aa4

12:41 pm

ty hurshy - always seem to miss that one

12:41 pm

tough grid - still missing a lot of a's

I missed the clue for the 9-10, can someone reclue?

it's a compound - front + part of the leg. but not the part I kept seeing. that threw me off for a while.

and I'm finding this grid very difficult. 71 left.

4:03 pm

the part of the leg you are looking for is also the same as a slang word used to describe a weapon made in prison from, say, a toothbrush or spoon, maybe.

4:05 pm

but not shiv - I just searched it to test my hint, and it's the OTHER slang word, haha!

Is the part of the leg the second half of the word? I am not getting it.

Ohhhh, got it.

Thank you rbud

makes me think of a cut of meat. lamb maybe? but yeah, like a shiv.

I was stuck on the part under the knee

Now I need the A in the 1st column for NBT and NBS, any clues floating about??

4:28 pm

Aa4.5

TY DC

Oops. Now that I see it I realize my last post almost landed me in the PB!!!

Well now I am off the bed with NBT and NBS even though I am no where near finished. G'night all.

4:30 pm

Sleep well :)

5:56 pm

Πgnight player girl.

5:59 pm

Hi all. Well i looked back and the clue for the 9 and 10 and i dont get it. First part is the word for front? And then the leg part? Please verify. Also what is the stat? Ty

6:08 pm

NEVER MIND. FOUND THEM. TY ANYWAY

6:12 pm

Any clues for any of the 8s? Ty. I am trying for the di but not getting it so any are ok if you send me stats and then clue. Ty.

6:13 pm

I have two pe8s, and both have the same letters except for the last letter.

6:14 pm

And, may I have the 9 clue from you? I didn't get the 'front' part either

6:16 pm

Ok so here goes: first part of the word is either front, or word that is pronounced same as the number after three, plus the part of the leg. Do you need me to break it down further?

6:16 pm

And i would love clues for the pe 8s.

6:16 pm

Ty

6:17 pm

got it, thanks mkg. Both pe8s build off the pe6/21, which you and I both are.

6:17 pm

there's another pe8, btw, unrelated to those two

6:18 pm

ah, good to know, freep!

6:18 pm

Got it. Ty ch 1212.

6:18 pm

Clue freep?

6:19 pm

pe7/8 - fat and dried meat

6:20 pm

thanks!

6:20 pm

Ty. Not sure i know it but will think.

6:20 pm

Blocked on that pe. Darn.

6:24 pm

Sorry freep cant find the pe.

6:28 pm

mkg, the pe8 is pe + word for "vibrating, twinkling, trembling". To get the 7, drop the last letter.

6:30 pm

Pe 7 and 8 = an American Indian dried meat food. Usually spelled with a double letter, I thought, which is why I didn't try it till now, haha! Thanks, freep!

6:32 pm

wait, there's another one? Hmmm.... time to check Lickety, ha!

6:33 pm

sorry but must be my dull day. not idea what the pe word is. sorry

6:34 pm

got it from google. indian dried meat or food is pe and it came up with double cons. so just drop one cons in middle

6:34 pm

it's okay, mkg, I get those moments a lot. Okay.... Pe + first two letters of where you get ore from + what Campbell's soup comes in.

6:34 pm

then plural

6:35 pm

yep! That's it! :)

6:35 pm

Or.... never mind! LOL~

6:35 pm

Betting all our clueing help some others out there. :D

7:33 pm

Monkeys are exhausted, and i feel like an idiot for asking, but clue please for the sk5?

7:35 pm

nm - finally got it!

11:40 pm

11:41 pm

ci

11:43 pm

Hi cybernan! I'm here waiting for the flip, so just yell if you need any clues. x

11:44 pm

ty jacula - going through the list now

11:44 pm

Thumbs up, cybernan.

11:44 pm

em 6-7 please?

11:46 pm

em6 and plural 7 is a compound made from rhubarb to alleviate constipation. Em + Norse war god's name.

11:46 pm

nm - found

11:47 pm

ty jacula

11:47 pm

Oh, well done! You got there before I finished typing the clue.

11:55 pm

Speaking of rhubarb, no joy with the 2 plants the slugs hadn't killed this year. One has died due to slug slime suffocating the root and the other has almost given up the ghost due to slugs eating its shoots the moment they emerge. I planted 6 rhubarb seeds in the greenhouse in the spring but they've come to nothing. :(

11:57 pm

put crushed eggshells or better yet, crushed seashells around the base of the plant --- they will cut themselves to ribbons trying to get to the plant.

11:57 pm

I have managed to beat the birds and the foxes to most of the white and redcurrant crop this year, though. Picking raspberries and strawberries twice a day, too.

11:58 pm

me 6-7 please?

11:58 pm

Oh, cybernan, I wish that did help with our molluscs, vut it doesn't. I think they must wear armour!

11:58 pm

me6 and plural or verb form 7. Threatens.

11:59 pm

Comiccharacter Dennis was one, along with his dog Gnasher.

11:59 pm

ty jacula
