this condition is normally only in small dogs, but she has very straight legs. the vet is not sure who in the area would do a surgical repair on such a large dog - 60 lbs.

Yes, there is that! I love visiting home as an American tourist - with free time and enough money. But daily life there has its challenges. LA was good for a while. I'm half way back, living on the East Coast now.

hi again - been on the skype with my daughter for the last hour and a half. They are still trying to get me on a flight to them for Christmas and I can't make them understand that with all the hassle of cancellations yesterday and not knowing what the flight status is on what was supposed to be my return flight and flights still being cancelled all over the place and people who don't stay home when they are sick, I just don't want to travel tomorrow.
