we had thanksgiving food for xmas, to make things more complicated
A lot of people have turkey for Christmas. Especially Europeans who don't celebrate Thanksgiving. One turkey a year is enough for me. We had beef tenderloin.
We kept it simple this year. Put out a spread of meats, cheeses, nuts, cookies, fresh baked star breads, and popped the champagne. :)
