Well, I went to MoreWords - the vo7 is "an electronic device that synthesizes speech", according to dictionary.com. Sounds vaguely familiar.

My shoulder surgery is set for Feb 14 so now this is real and my anxiety has worsened.
what are they fixing?
3 rotator cuff tendons are torn as is my biceps tendon.
Did you injure it somehow, like a fall?
I fell on my elbow last June when hiking and OUCH. Time and PT have not helped. A recent MRI showed why.
