well, she seems a little more with it today, but we found out she did have a stroke and may have to have something done to an artery.
well at least some partly good news
oh - is she in hospital carla?

yeah, nan, has been here since Tues. in retrospect, she prob had the stroke last fri am, and possibly a smaller one the wed before, but we wrote all the symptoms off to a UTI that we were told she had.
are they going to put a stent in her artery then?
I think something like that. don't remember the official word but the dr. didn't say it as a stent, which I'm familiar with. they did some more tests this afternoon and then the vascular surgeon will decide what to do.

Sorry to hear that Carla. I hope she has good doctors and nurses and gets the best care possible.
actually, the PT came today and moved her into the recliner I'd been using, so now I have a worse chair. I suppose I could sit it it right now while she's napping in the bed. so back is hurting again. I did drive and get lunch today though.
