*Pats the poor first row on its hated head
Good old Aloy, the Queen of Blurtania.

4th row is okay, though
fw: last word so6/18 - haven't dressed up and gone to a good one in decades. (joining the blurtania royal court?) ;)
well done, rbud
I just keep seeing pungent
it's really just the first two letters which are unpleasant...but they set the tone for the whole row
well, I gave up on the F and moved to the bottom. back at the F now.

Oh and Canada 🤣😂🤣

there is another 6/7 that is unusual. i did it when i was sorting dirty clothes this morning.

one set is what the native americans did against the settlers

I always assume it is with a Z instead of an S. But good to know. Ty.
need a clue for ps 8 please. Wow. Cant think of any words but psalms.
another word with PS is psaltery which is an instrument I play - but not here
ps 8....starts with a greek letter ...ends with not wins but change the last vowel....
Ty
yw...
The greek letter is three and then the opp of win. But is there anything in the middle? I am so not seeing this. Ty
there are no other letters...opposite of WINS, not win...
wins is a verb in this case...
Got it. Ends in cons. Not a vowel. Ty.

pi7: hairy, the hairs soft and clearly separated but not sparse. hirsute: bearing coarse, rough, relatively long hairs.
phantom liaise.

Whales have calves, Cats have kittens. Bears have cubs and bats have bittens. Swans have cygnets, seals have puppies, but Gu 7/48 just have little gu 7/47. By the wonderful Ogden Nash. 🤗
so true, all that, Soodle :)

don't have the 8 either
found the ps8 in my scrabble dictionary
looking for the fo9
my head is hurting from wearing a crown all day yesterday and today
Oh, poor you
The fo has something to do with archaeology
heavy is the head that wears the crown or something
Yes but tiaras are light and comfortable, Who gave her a crown?
fo9 also relates to paleontology.
better, ty seain
i’m deep cleaning a kitichen for my friends. Third dishwasher load, one pit of counter and tile, and the lfoor yet to go. Oh, and the stovetop. Not difficult, and i like cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, but goodness a lot of down time today. It’s starting to smell much better in here, though. That’s a happy.
one piece of counter and tile, not pit.
and there’s the dishwasher, BBL
I would imagine it does smell better. Three loads of dirty dishes sitting around?
phantom: expunges
this current load is the grates from the oven, some odds and ends. I have other stove top bits soaking in soapy water. Prepping for fourth round of scrubbing stove top.
Can I hire you dc?
:)
off to check the sink and do some scrubbing. BBL. :)
Ha. You beat me to it Origami. My kitchen would benefit from a DC deep clean.
I absolutely DETEST housework.
I'm with you there ... but I DO love a clean house.
Housework is like adding beads to a necklace that isn't knotted on the end. EVIL!
😂 Great description Champ.
Given to me by a friend years ago, and it still holds true!
I have never seen the words I like and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms in the same sentence.
i have two friends who have husbands that love to clean....weird....
My late husband loved to clean and cook.
My husband loves to "clean", but I use the term loosely. I
these guys do a great job....they are very fussy...
I didn't let him get anywhere near the laundry, though. Somehow the concept that you don't put white towels and black sweaters in the same load was beyond him.
I try not to say anything. He's retired, and I still work, so I try to be grateful that he's helping. But sometimes, if he'd just wait a dang minute.....!!!!
burners drying. Scrubbed stovetop more. Left that soaking for a bit. Egads. The espresso machine was horrid. Almost like new again.
I found coffee grounds that the fruit flies were feeding on. My goodness! how did grounds get there!
thank you for letting me vent a bit. I knew it was bad, but goodness.
Wow. I would imagine anything there needs a good soaking before you do anything. You've spent a lot of time I imagine!
Seain...you should put them on a monthly schedule. that way it doesn't get too out of hand.
I really hope this is a paid cleaning job
Is this guy just lazy or has issues? Sounds like the early stages of dementia? Possibly?
it is, Molly :)
no if the dishwasher cycle would only complete.
gu7!
Gu7 sounds fishy to me, hursh. ;)
