I did and it was good for me. 7 am classes mean I can get it out of the way before work

and to be clear, the pool is indoors haha. It's just that it's dark and cold on the way there :)

some chains use plastic. i don't buy there. i remember dannon yogurt in the waxed cups. and sour cream. and cottage cheese. worked fine and recyclyable.
my father's employer invented a process to remove the wax and use the paper to make packaging cardboard.
I freaking hate paper straws. I carry stainless steel ones in my purse for places that use paper.
also pasta straws can go fly a kite, jump in a lake, play in traffic (much nicer than what I wanted to say)

I take it back, my last 6 words were super easy and I should have seen them.
I haven't lost an ounce. I have heavily buttered bread with my soup, as my act of defiance.
okay. we'll blame fatigue. nothing is easy when you are sick, if you need to concentrate
i have not had bread in the house since thanksgiving.
and now am reluctant to purchase it. it's not the bread, it's the caloric things that go with it.
I usually have zero bread in the house, but once I started on soup, I started buying big loafs of multigrain bread.
like it's so easy to make a sandwich even if PBJ
yes i get that. i ate soup and cinnamon bagels every so often. food was yucky
in two weeks, i scrambled an EGG. i was thrilled.
As soon as I can breathe through my nose again and have averted any sort of lung issues, I'll go back to salads and sweet potatoes.
i got the best salad at trader jo'es. greens with baby spinach bleu cranberries pecans.
