I used to call them sinus balls until I found out they were a thing called tonsil stones.
little white balls that form in your tonsils and smell horrible. usually I can hock them out or use a straw or something to poke it out, but one got so big I had to go to ENT to get removed.
there's a joke there with sinus balls, but i'm just going to let it go
