it was a rescued stray who had lived on the streets for a while....
lived at the shelter for a while and was the source of some transfusions....great cat....very smart could do multiple tricks for treats...
maybe it didn't get a lot of cooked carrots as a stray ;)

no, it's an epson printer that I put sublimation ink in. it's kind of a hack since true sublimation printers cost a lot more.

Nan, nice to see you. I have been waiting to tell you I made your shortbread recipe and it was delicious. With only 3 ingredients I used the best quality I could find. The first batch barely made it out of the oven; before it was eaten. The next three I was able to store. They indeed improve with age. Thanks for sharing.

wondering if I can make a decent version gluten free
not sure -- butter flour and sugar are the only ingredients. I know rice flour won't work. I use a cake flour because it is finer grained than the all purpose flour.
rice flour is super fine, but I have a couple of blends that do pretty well for subbing
I think anything other than wheat flour would change the flavour.
