I do the bee, too. I totally do not get the scoring... and i ignore the subscription
the scoring is dumb, but, you get 1 point for each 4 letter word and every other length, you get the number of points of the word length - 5 for 5, 6 for 6, etc. why they don't do 4 for 4 is beyond me. then you also get bonus point if it is a pangram.
