yes, that's it. in the car is okay as we always carry the boiled sweets, but now i know maybe three or four sweets, not just the two. but we must put some cans of sugar-sweetened soda in the fridge so i can get a sugar fix fast.
I would still prefer the dextrose. Gets into the blood faster plus you know how much you take in.
