I liked the Ring at our last house (and we had it in the rental we stayed in for a year after selling our house), but it's not necessary here. We get like one doorbell ring a month.But I did like it at the other houses.
well i would want it for surveillance, do maybe a more comprehensive systemic approach
TO, I got two rings this past year for the front and back doors of my house. I do like having them... gives me a sense of comfort I didn't have before. And it's a visible cue to bad guys that my house might not be the best target.
I have blink cameras (but no doorbell) here at the new house but did that more for wildlife.
it sure does make for entertaining vids sometimes when like a bear comes up to someone's ring cam or whatever
