we are hosting the zentangle advent project. The lady in charge doesn't keep her promises and does not want to be questioned about it. Gets real snippy when you ask after deadlines. And now is saying she will do it allllll by herself if we keep this up...

my thoughts exactly. For one thing, it means moderating the facebook group all through december. We have almost 3000 members. And each and every post has to get an answer from the admins. Or rather, admin, if that is what she wants. I hope she does not plan on sleeping much. We have members from all over the world, all time zones.
and all the drama is over the fact we said time is getting really short (we need to get the texts to the translators, cannot leave that last minute and the list must be published on nov 23). She feels that the drama in her life is reason enough not to meet deadlines, and that she does not have to let us know, we are to ask after her personal life. In a really nice way. Or else.

i'm going to sleep well tonight. after gym, Don and I took Shasha over to see the botanical gardens out at Cranbourne. Shasha hasn't been here for very long and is still learning english. thus she doesn't go out a lot because she feels sort of scared on her own, as would anybody dealing with the same situation. anyway I have walked for nearly 2 hours ( with quite a few sit- downs ) looking at the most incredible australian native plants and trees, all in flower. lots i have never seen before.

honey we have some marvelous flowering plants. some there were the deepest bright blue i have ever seen. cornflowers do not even come close to these.
