oh wow, that is nothing short of a miracle. So if you take care with packing, marking every box clearly as to content and destined room, your unpacking will be a piece of cake.
the real estate agent bought it to flip it, and it's in a really good neighborhood on a dead end street with a decent back yard, with decently priced, and i'm getting it with a VA home loan, so, i'm really lucky! yeah unpacking should be EASY!

After a few days of warm temperatures, winter and snow returned. I would like to XC ski and snowshoe a bit more before mud season.

We had about six feet of base on the trails before the thaw

Yes, spikes are a just today. We had a touch of rain midday yesterday before things cooled off.
She is doing O.K her diabetes is a struggle, but she is a fighter.

In early summer our field strawberries are in such high demand, then suddenly you have a week, maybe two to buy some, then they are gone.
