that is exactly it. I am always willing to put on his socks and shoes. But that he does not have to ask and can do it himself, makes such a difference.

ah, so glad to hear that. I think the long drives and all related injuries have set you back immensely. And then having to wait longer for your infusion because your doctor has the nerve to have a life of his own does not help either.

well, on the plus side: Rob has just taken over my morning walk with the dogs. And Caya will be here to pick up Lewi soon. She had a lovely vacation with friends, in Brussels.
i did do my full program in the pool this afternoon minus some of my step ups. i could feel the shin splints starting so stopped before i had a full on turn.
am so proud of you. Both for sticking with the program and for adapting it where necessary. You have come such a long way, honey. You are amazing.

that is the problem with most support groups. They want to complain and commiserate. Not change the situation. Very unhealthy places to be for someone who does want to do all they can to improve their situation.

Don's sister is flying up to Maroochydor, Queensland. She is bringing her mother-in-law back with her as she isn't take care of herself properly. she is 95 for pete's sake. fortunately not until mid next week. hope the cyclone is over by then.
We have had storms, sunny days, and more storms. The weather changes aren't making my body happy. But, spring is almost here.

My new front yard is looking very nice and my Bird of Paradise is blooming like crazy. I've never had so many blooms before!

Fang turned 80 today. i don't know how she is going to manage really. her hubby is almost disabled with his back.
too bad she did not improve with time. I bet this will be hard on her. And not many people to ask for help, seeing how she treats them.
oh, and i finally addressed the issue of the kitchen reno's. Don does agree that i have been very patient. he says end of month he will order the beam for the roof, and then ask my son, simon, to help him get it up into the ceiling. that's step 1.

Glad our nasty weather is done...cold, windy, and rainy snow yesterday. Better weather on it's way. How are you?
We are well, but winter is back. Minus 4C snow squalls along with a "flash freeze" warning. Puppies did not like going out for a pee this morning--rather, they were frolicking while I was frozen. :)
