pretty good till 3 am, nothing since
ugh. i hate those sort of nights. i usually give up, turn on my bedside light and read. i worked out that lying in the dark makes my brain go into overdrive, and i end up in such a mess. emotionally that is.
i am currently reading my way through my Piers Anthony books. such fun, and light hearted.
yeah, not good for me either. I got up in the end. Still, a part of the night was good so I am not too bad off. And an easy day today. Might go for a nana nap later on. How are you?
