yesterday was a ketamine day, which means the travel to little rock, (252 miles one way), then coming home, having to take care of the animals, prepare dinner, and try to fall asleep and make breakfast and a lunch for my sister because she had to work a 12 hr shift today...but i just couldn't fall asleep...
