well I have a fully functioning stats programme that takes in the grid and spits out the stats about 10 secs later - but I can't get exactly the same dictionary file as babble uses, so its kinda useless

WIth the u words, I looked for endings - the ending "ous" can be used with a few of the words. Also, if you have the T8/50, then you can get a T7 / 36 out of it. I promise it's not mind games! I'll give more clues if people want?

There isn't actually an E4 / 11 in this puzzle - that was just me mixing up the J4 / 11 and the E4 / 7! Gah, my brain aches!

I think that Karys was trying to give you a hint about punctual though the in6 word doesn't mean that. But use the in plus a word meaning punctual and you might get it. I am stuck on the last 'in' word.

lolly, the in6 that you're looking for... yes, in + another word. The other word doesn't really mean punctual, tho. It would only mean punctual if one were looking at a clock upon arrival and they were not late, nor early.

I am curious how people know how many letters are in their missing words. I can tell from the posted stats how many words beginning with each letter I lack, but how do people ask specifically for word lengths, sometimes with two inital letters? I am guessing it's from reading the chat carefully (which I confess I don't do until I'm down to the wire), but is there another way that I'm being dumb about?
