as far as i can tell I think they are the betting odds....but i could be wrong...
er 6/18 er is the first two letters of the word 6 is the number of letters in the word 18 is the number of points (check the babble rules... basically, 4 letter words get points on the tile, 5 letter words get points on the tile times two, and so on) You regular chatters, feel free to correct me... I'm a regular babbler but a lousy chatter :-)

GingerUK, don't know if this helps, but the first four letters are a prefix meaning "middle". The last five letters are your ca5/18.

There are clues in the log for the 8s and 9s... there's an m8/9 pair that sound as if they should be something to do with the middle of a fish, a p8/9 pair that are to do with government by five people, a p/8 that sounds like a Hogwarts spell to make a quill sing, and a t/8 that's the plural of a t/6.
