I was lil*monkey on Babble for many years, then my account got corrupted somehow. Now I'm FrenchToast.


*Cilantro Lime Chicken in the Crock Pot*
2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 15-oz jar salsa (I use "Restaurant style" Pace brand)
juice of 2 limes
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 chopped bunch of cilantro

Crock until chicken is tender, maybe 4 hours.
Shred meat with 2 forks & stir. Use as taco or burrito filling, or serve on top of rice.
