That's one word that branded on our minds. In our last moments of life we won't say something enigmatic like 'rosebud,' we'll say oops.
Hail and hello to all

Ren, I got a Power Wheel Classic wall calendar at the drugstore tonight for 99 cents. Sorry for the non sequitor, but it just caught my eye. It has photos of a '71 barracuda hemi, and a '69 camaro indy pace car, and lots of others that are meaningless to me but pretty.
I'm losing my thread here, so 'nite all...
Nite Chic That sound like a neat calendar Mab
there's 56 more words in there somewhere-- just wish I could see them!
Yes, I have A Love Supreme, and some other Coltrane that I can't think of now, and other discs on which he's a sideman.

Yes, Miles too. I think I have Kind of Blue. I love jazz.

i listen to jazz on sirius. they have old jazz and new jazz channels
m 6/27
shro - i agree!!!
It also has a 57 corvette that is very cute. and a dodge charger too. I really needed a wall calendar, and my other choice was one with flower arrangements that seem to be the same flowers rearranged and shot 12 times.
well i have hit 100 so i'm done for the night. g'night all!
mab - good choice on the cars....power cars aren't just for boys!!!!
nite leslie
Night Leslie.

A 54 chevy custom convertible seems to have no back tires, but I don't think that was part of the customization. Ok. Before I leap onto some other topic, I should start thinking about sleeping. Oh, I would love to have the Sirius music; we don't get any jazz stations out here, just 8-midnight five nights a week on public radio.
mab - b4 you go - can you get music on your pc? there was a station in boston i listen to. i'll try to find it for you and give it to you tomorrow.

there's another ca7
got a clue?
ca7/40. right, clue. thinks. its like the little paper things you get cough and cold powders in, but change the first letter. If that makes no sense, I'll try again!
and it leads off a ca5/16
Great clue Atalante! Morning all.
lol I was going to say packets of Lemsip but then realised most people wouldn't know what I was talking about!
LOL. Some good words in todays grid, and it's going way too fast. Mind you just as well as do have things todo!
Back! Perfect clue, Atalante :)
And morning, FMitch :)
Hi Sprite, how's it going?
The grid is coming along nicely. For the rest hanging in there, trying to hold on to my own against a very incompetent and unpleasant company doctor.
morning all can anyone give me the clues for the ce 4/5s i have one and cant find the other
its ok i just found it
A bit of monkeytyping works miracles, LOL!
Sprite, I've been keeping up with your trials and tribulations via the log!
Ah FMitch, that is so sweet! I can feel so much support here, it really strengthens me. Thanks :)
You're welcome Sprite. Can't believe I only have the c's left and then am done.
thanks for the ca7 clue before Atalante. Had to go off for a bit, came back , found the clue waiting.
WTG! Do you have all the 7s? I still need 5 of them, got the Ca40, Ca32 and Ha32. If you could give me some starting letters, I would really appreciate it :)

Morning all, LOL! Thanks FMitch, I go looking for those As.
There is S7/28 too. And I found one A7... beautiful word! Can't believe I missed that - all I do here is turning stones to gold, lol.

oh wow - *beautiful* word!
Thought you would like it too, Atalante :) Morning Angelsong.
good morning Babblers........yawn.......str etch.... here we go again :)
Tbear! :) FMitch: you were right, another C7/40: light carriage with two or four low wheels and a collapsible top. Or a specific hat, a folding bonnet.
or several cabs......
oooh thanks for the clue Sprite as that is the one I am looking for.
You're very welcome! Thanks to you I have all the 7s now. Also found a most negligent L6/33 :)
almost had gymnast
Talking about Cs: Ca4/10 - 6/36 crumbly residue(s) left after a mineral or metal has been roasted. If you don't know the word, the points should help. Monkeytyping too :D :D
thx sprite :)
sprite have you got ca5/16 and c16/27.....not the plural same word ends in t
Yes, nice couple of three there :)
Sorry sprite just scanned down and realised they've been mentioned.....so slow....!!
No problem, this log gets way too big nowadays to complete read up with :)
"couple of three"???? Er... should that be a triple then? LOL.
ok...determined to find one you don't have...have to feed my ego somehow....how about me5/12 singular (not plural) of another word for menstruation.....
LOL... I am done. Sorry to disappoint you ;( How about Me6/27? Yiddish for a very decent and pleasant person, like yourself :)
why thankyou dear girl......take a modest bow..... big hug well done AGAIN!!!!!
*takes that modest bow and repeats: couldn't have done it without you guys!*

Sprite well done, you beat me to it by one word and I just can't find it. Can I have a clue for the ca6/36?
Plural of Ca4/10.

WTG FMitch! And tbear almost ;)
It's ok....only 108 to go...please don't worry about me...go off you two and enjoy your Saturday....Atalante and I will just slog away.....Sigh
Atalante is close to finishing, I am pretty sure of that. I will be around a little longer if anyone needs clues. After that, I must go take a shower, lol.
I can't believe I spent 20mins looking for that stupidhead word :) Not going anywhere tbear, well actaully going to get mug of tea and then BRB.
No.....no.....I don't need anyone......!!!!! Lol
:D You can always pretend to need someone, of course... then it won't count.
Atalante doesn't have many words to go ;)
Tell you the truth, couldn't do without my babbling friends and I'm not talking words here...... :))))))))
how u doing ruthy? i need 30 words

got the at7/48, but cant figure the similar one?
OOoohhh Sha is that a marzipan baby....licking my lips...
This is a great community. I am happy to have you guys to talk with and play with :) I just knew, Atalante... we are never far apart when we start out together.
never mind, monkeyed it!!!
Ishult...in the same boat...beat you to it???
except you end up twice as fast as I tend to wander in and out while doing 10 other things!
yes tbear
Ishult that wasn't fair....far too fast....come on now...share nicely :)
No, we usually end close together, actually. And I know... I have this family around to distract me from babbling... and the telephone with beloved friends who call... and you all to chat to... Well, they say that is what women are good at: diffuse concentration.
oooh sprite, did you see we were one letter off having atlatl yesterday? Yesterday? or the day before. something like that!
multi-tasking! its a very good skill :)
I saw, Atalante! I am so glad we had it once, it is such a perfectly unfindable word if you never saw it before... only known to babblers :D
Atalante....you could be Ataleste today
Tbear: only second last letter differs!
ROFLOL @ Ataleste!
well that sounds cool too!
Nice one Sprite....thx
Could be Atalantes Greek or Roman name for when she's feeling decadent
oooooooh yes! Atalante is Greek-based anyway, so it can be Roman :)
thats me done how u doing sha?
Sounds a bit celestial too :)
back in a few - dog walking calls!
Atalante if I ever meet you in 'real time' I know i will expect you to look like that cool looking guy off 'Lord of the Rings'...you hd him up for so l;ong, whenever I see you on I think of him....he was an Elf or Fairy
Ok I've done 38 and I'm exhausted...time to move...see you later ladies....Big Bear Hugs all round (steals Sha marzipan baby and leaves quickly....................... ......)

Merlin type chemistry al7/48
davetins, I got it when you said "about chemistry??"... :)
bye guys : )
good morning everyone! I keep googling the light carriage and coming up with a ca word that isn't in the grid. I think I've tried the obvious alternate spellings, but have gotten nowhere. Also, could I have a clue for the c7/32? Have the other c7/40. Thanks!
found it and the related h7/32. If I hadn't asked for help I wouldn't have seen it.
eva, c7/32 is a plural of the c6 just before it. c + reindeer horns - r for the 6.
thanks angel-moneytyped it just before your post.....nice to know someone else is around. This seems to be the slow time between time zones, before most of the US folks wake up.
I'm missing a 7. I have: al7/48 at7/52 at7/48 cat /40 ca7/32 ha7/32 se7/28 do you know what I'm missing?
yes. you are missing another ca 7
oh poo! I'm running out of c ideas!
any clues or point count for that one angel?
I believe it's a ca 7/40. which one do you have?
I have the one that sounds like sachet.
ok: ca + spanish word for milk
Mucho gracias!
Atalante: for when you get back, I have two links for you. Just remove the spaces, go to the picture and "save picture as". Then you can use them on your current laptop ;) http://img160.imageshack.u s/img160/1959/atalante13vj.jpg http://img118.imageshack.us/ img118/6659/atalante28vj.jpg
de nada!
I was going great guns, until I came to he5/14. I've monkey-typed all around it, and gone to a2z and morewords. Am I blind or stupid?
he5/14 - from this time.
ty chris, I didn't see the 'e'
may I have a clue for the at7
two at7's - both related to loss of ability to co-ordinate muscular movement.
thanks ChrisP, was trying to make the at7 word beginning with the wrong A
ChrisP, found both at7 thanks
No probs.
ha7 anyone?
peri. think of a cloak worn about the shoulders, begins with an m. then remove the m, substitue the ha
sounds the same as the ca7/32.
Angel and Chris, thanks found it
help with al7
al7 - Merlin's magic
al7 = merlin's chemistry

Chris and Angel, thanks again, nice word that al7
Back with a happy and tired spaniel, 4 words to find and Elrond back as my pic! Thanks Sprite - woot!
ca 6/24 is the plural of the preceding ca 4/6
Have most of the seven's, just need the ca7/40's please
thanks angel, had totally overlooked the fact that there WAS a 4/10 and hadn't found it yet!
peri, one ca is "secrets" or "seals". Another is ca + spanish milk
don't know the word for spanish milk will have to Google it
actually I did know the word for spanish milk, just couldn't see it, Thanks Angel, found one of the ca7
periwinkle first part of word sound like cash
peri, there is a really good perfume with the same name as the ca for "secret" ...then add an curly consonant.
Grim and Angelsong, thanks for the great clues found the second ca7
Woo Hoo, at least I have all of the 7 letter words
hm, last in6?
I'm not sure how good my clues are. but it's fun to try.

Hurshy - in6 creepy crawly
Hi all,can you keep the noise down please,Im suffering after a party last night thanks LOL
stupid me! thanks.
wait, wait, i have a problem. before i asked for the ca 6/24 and got the 6/36 - which i also needed, but i forgot i still don't have the other one
before the one with the spanish milk
ca6/24 - alternative plural of the ca4/10
oop, found it! and i'm done!
oh, is it really? how funny.
ca6/24: first four letters of a bone building mineral + second vowel and curly consonant.
Good morning from western Canada..... back to slog through the last 75 words
WESTERN canada? isn't it like 5 AM there?
5:03am to be exact.... can't sleep any longer for some reason
Morning Blaze
that's why i (on the east coast) am now done - woke up at 5, couldn't fall back asleep, but actually kept trying until i decided to babble at 6:45
i can't even remember what it feels like to just sleep 8 straight hours.
i hate insomnia.
morning cait..... yes I understand that non sleep concept only to well.
Sleep? what's that? --- lately I seem to be having random periods of blankness surrounded by working or baby care ;)
good morining GW.... spoken like a parent of a new born... how is the family ??
Good afty everyone...*yawns*
Morning woulf & everyone else. * hrs sleep? Whats that? Never done it in my whole life!
Morning everyone! All are doing well here, though I have had maybe 5 1/2 hours sleep in the past 3 days -- so I've been a bit cranky :) Seb is now on nebuliser treatments every 8 hours so he should be fully recovered within the next week or so (Yay!)
Sorry - 8 hrs
Miyavi_fan long time no see how are you??
((((***Miyavi***)))) --- how are you doing? I haven't seen you in, like, forever!! My timing just doesn't sync with you anymore :(
woo, what a welcome! I'm great thanks Blaze, how are you? Wooooulf! *hugs* it seems whenever I come on and scroll down the blog, you'll have said bye just a few posts ago!
Hey Mom ((**HUG**)) and speaking of his meds, I will have to administer them around 8:30 so I only have a short time right now (stealing a few mins after the early morning feeding and change ;) )
waaaah, sorry, error there...I was signed in as someone else! (long story!) LEMONed couldn't get his chat log working, so I signed in as him and fixed it *pride*
(same message intended though...^^;)
Are you working 7 days a week now? Crazy!!
LEMONed -- that's the story of my (web) life these days -- the new job combined with new son don't give me the freedom or energy to stick around :\
Hi Miyavi Hi LEMONed and anyone i have missed
has anyone seen Mamahear lately?
hmm...that was a bit strange, now I'm very confused. To clarify, that message wasn't from LEMONed...that was from me! o_O
Thought so, Miy ;) hoot -- no, I am off for the weekend --- I am trying to give Lenscrafter's one day on the weekend so I can have the second job that pays as much as my primary so I can finally get some bills paid off -- but they cut my shift due to lack of sales today --- I am going to try for a nap later :)
That's THIS weekend. What about the rest?
Angel -- Mama has been spending her time playing Literati, though she did make an appearance last night when I told her torgone was around :)
GW, did she say anthing aobut her new resource page?
lol...it's way too early for this!
only 143 today, huh? -- I may actually finish this one -- I fell asleep with over 80 left to find last night :(
Angel -- no she didn't, sorry!
ce4/5 anyone, not the Scottish one
ce4/5 used by animators
GW, your resource page is next up
what we call our mobiles..... less on letter
Thanks Angelsong. Miyavi, Hi, did you blow your cover?
Thanks Blaze
lol Boysaway...I met LEMONed here yesterday :) After some problems a couple of days ago, he was having some problems with his chat log box...somehow I managed to fix them (HOW???), then got confused about which account I was logged into!
Miyavi, I believe you. But I did think LEMONed's turn of phrase was a little contrived. lol.
lol Boys! ^^
Miyavi, if you remember I was always suspicious about your age as well. I'm a Northern Girl, we can't help it!
lol...well, I'd like to be as good as speaking Japanese as he is! *I wish*
I'm sure you are, Miyavi-san!
er, er...hai? *hopeful grin* hmmm...doing checks on wordfinder, but, no matter how many times I try, thalassocracies is just NOT in there...
Miy -- have you seen the pics of my son, Sebastian?
Woulf, no, but I'd like to! May I? *bats eyelashes*
Sure thing, Miy -- easiest way to do so is to go to BabAnon -- under Meet and Greet I started a thread - "Thank you all for your love and support" --- Swmbo set up a Birth Announcement page for me, (bless her so very much!) -- I am working on getting some more but have been distracted the past week :)
*pootles off to BabAnon* thanks Woulf! and congratulations! :)
GW, if you should see a new player named Johnson, say hi. She is my daughter and the most terrific mom to my grandson, who will be 2 on Tuesday.
Angel -- I will keep an eye out :) But right now I have to give Seb his meds -- will try to be back in about 15 mins or so
Woulf, he is gorgeous! so tiny! *goes all mushy*
Greetings and salutations, fellow Babblers... how goes the battle??
greetings jera.... it is a steady go....
That X makes for some wonderful words, doesn't it?
yaaa...I have to go, when Woulf gets back tell him his son is goooorgeous!!! <3 laters!
jera, not bad. I've givem more clues today than I've asked for, which is a nice change.
*waves bye to Miya*
hiya can any one help with the ex 5 letters?
Bex - to praise in the highest!
ex 5.... give high praise.....raise up
ex5: ex + a key on a computer keyboard. Praise, glorify or honor.
Hello again -- now to actively hunt -- Kristianna will be up in a half hour and I want to get a head start so later I will finish fairly early :)
good night or good morning all,,,,, see you tomorrow... I am complete
Great job, Blaze! -- see you later (*Hug*)
good morning all -- not been active this week--family was visiting --I am ready to get back to routine--let's see how I do with the grid today.
Hye, all... I'm back! Got sidetracked getting the littlies started on their day...
Everyone must be deep in the grid, warai!
deep in grid
Hi all! I'm stuck on the al7 - pleeeeese help! It's driving me crazy!
I've just popped back for 5 mins - how's everyone getting on? al7 - think turning base metal to gold!
Aaarrgh! Thanks, FMitch! I was desperately trying to fit the x into it!
Hey FMitch... howzit going today?
I'm sooooo glad I worked backwards today, i would have gotten very discouraged trying to do those A's first!
y/w amanda. Hi ya Jera, good thanks, the sun is shining although cold and have finished the grid. Finished some work so through I would pop back and see who is about.
im having trouble today any body help with the et 4 letters!?
bex - you do it to glass
I finished early as well... weekends can be crazy around here! Not as crazy as Thursdays, though, so of course we had a huge honkin' grid that I was unable to complete then...
LOL Jera - I didn't even attempt to start that one as I knew I would never finish and loose patience 1/2 way through! Enjoyed todays though.
et = say you have allergies, which makes your eyes & nose it**... now trade the i for an e & you have et4
I always think I'll have enough time... the grid sucks me in... especially since Wednesday's was so small. I spent soooo much time chatting Wednesday, which was fun! But if I had been doing my work & wouldn't have had to do it all Thursday, I could have finished Thursday's grid... Did that make sense??
Can anyone help with the ce4/5 words?I have the one meaning a British tribe. What's the other?
yes that does make sense!! :)
c4/5 take the one you have, knock off the last letter and pl.
Thanks, FMitch. Got it!
FMitch = faster & gives better clues...
LOL Too kind, but we all have our moments Jera.
Gooooooood Morning!
I'm just amazed at how often the X is used today... usually high letters are used sparingly. I think there's 15 words that use it! I learned some good new words today!
Morning bunny
Greetings, BV, you sound perky!
I promise, it isn't the tequila! Liitle un's woke me up at 4 am, think I over did the coffee!
I hope the tequila icon has nothing to do with that!!
LOL
That can happen so easily, BV... how old are your littlies?
I'm a little relieved it isn't a whopper grid today.
*wonders if Tequila ages well, like wine??*
They are three, but if one wakes up, so does the other. I'm just glad the other three are spending the night at their aunts, it'd have been a party then!
I guess three isn't so little...
but they are pretty short.
do you have more than 1 set of twins?
LOL, nope. The older two are only 11 months apart (someone wasn't paying attention when the doctor told her birth control takes six weeks to kick in!).
Mine are almost 10 & 4 1/2... they are still my littlies!
The twins were our attempt to add one more boy to the mix, talk about backfire! My poor son, but they are great, a whole new chapter pn "the things kids do".
I'd rather have a whopper grid on a free day than a busy one... Thursdays are crazy for me!
LOL well you certainly have your hands full. As one who has never had children I take my hat off to you!
Because of work?
So you have 4 total... 3 girls & a boy? Wow.
No, there is one more in the middle, another girl. Total of 5!
Not really work... Thursday nights are Girl Scouts & I have a hard time stopping planning for the meetings, LOL
Ah, you were shooting for 2 of each & got twin girls? Sometimes I wish I'd had another girl (especially with Girl Scouts being my thing), but my little man is sooooo precious!
My oldest wants to take dance, but if I do that, I have to enrol the other four in expensive activities of their choice. Since Mommy used to be a cheerleader (don't laugh), I bought some matts and am teaching them myself!
thats a great idea bunny, keeps the costs down and is something you can do together!!!!
We don't have any other outside activites, but the school kids are coming of age for school sports and such, I can't imagine my schedule then!
Have ya'll finished, or at least got the al 7?
done!
al7 is Merlin's magic, bunny
al7 - think turning base metal to gold!
WTG Angel! Hey, will you give me a link to your resource page, I forgot to save it the other day.
Congrats Angelsong
Thanks FMitch, don't know if I'd have found that one!
bunny, it's posted on BA...General...announcing a new Babble resource.......or I can make you one that you can keep on your hard drive.
I finished in under an hour... very pleasant grid today... I know what you mean about being fair with classes & such. We are doing fencing for a year & I don't know what we'd do if Gwyd wanted the same. Of course, there's a deal with 2 kids, but still. Sprite is getting a backyard soccer goal set & she will teach her brother soccer this Spring... I'll be there with the camera, warai!
Huzzah for Angelsong!!
congrats jera - how many words today?
OK, I forgot it was in there, I'll get it from anon, don't want to make you busy yourself!
bunny, it's not a problem. I like making pages!
143 words total today... much better than Thursday!
Did you create your own template, it's nice. I get mine from inkfrog for my auctions, but they are lacking!

Ooh! Nasty! But a great clue.
Hey everybody... Hi munner! Did you say the other day that you had two sons go to BYU?
Yes, smithchick- 2 sons and 1 daughter are BYU grads.
And that fe clue guided me to the ce that I was missing. Thansks
Do you have any RM's?
Three of four. Only daughter went to Asuncion, Paraguay, 2nd son went to Portugal, and last son went to the Philippines.
all right i caved... second ca 7/40 is ca + spanish word for milk... any more clues before i go?
WTG LeslieAnn
Not a bad puzzle thanks to great clues in the log and BJ's second letter list. I got through today without having to go to a2z, but I'm sure glad a2z is there on the toughies.
I've got a nephew in Salt Lake NOrth. My son is only 13.(My oldest)
need a clue for aa4/4. any hints?
Kote, it's a homophone for a tool
add a consonant, then plural, kole
smithchick, "all my children" are grown and flown from the nest here in Atlanta: one with 3 of my grandchildren in metro Atlanta area, son with 2 other grandchildren in Nashville, son with 2 other grandchildren in DC, and son with newest 2 week only baby girl in Kaysville, UT
Maybe I'll make it there, munner. Sometimes I don't know!!
My daughter, mother of 3, says the same thing. Staying home and mothering is the toughest job she's ever had.
smithchick, how many besides the 13 year old son?
I've got two daughters, too. 8 and 11. Our first son died when he was two. (almost 15 years ago).
Such a heartbreaking thing. I just looked at your profile. You're about the same age as my daughter. She turned 37 in January.
It was heartbreaking, but being a Mormon, my faith got me through. I know I'll be with him again someday.
What took you to Arkansas, or is that where you grew up?
We landed here after my father retired from the military. My mother had/has family here. Hubby's family are all from here. He's from southern AR and my family is in central AR.
Well, I've got to go. My son science fair project won it's division at his school and today he is in the regional science fair. Since he is an avid underachiever, we are very excited!
Bye, all. Nice talking with you Munner!
hi
Bye, smithchick. Loads of good luck to your son!

It was the encouragement from all the others that drove me on. I'm late getting started with this grid, but it looks reasonable so far.
Good afternoon all -- just finished the grid!!!!
Good for you!

renfield -- today it is in the upper 20's, with the sun shining. Last week with the wind chill it was 30 below..grateful for the 50 degree swing! Just had my car washed, I can see out the windows now-that salt build up was nasty.
wow pbr!!! do you have to drive in the 20 below?
Good evening, everyone. 8 words left to find here but they may have to wait until later. Paul's just cooking us a mixed grill with chips (fries to those of you in the US), eggs, garlic mushrooms, garlic bread and a sour cream and chive dip. Yummy! We're both dirty, tired and hungry as we've been making good inroads on clearing out the attic. Later, we're going to watch our new DVD of 'Wallace & Gromit - The Curse of The Were-Rabbit'. I'm looking forward to that!:-)
Jacula - that sounds as though you've earned both the food and the film treat afterwards. By the way, I'm serving Bailey's cheesecake tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes down, but licking the bowl was delicious!
hey mistress!!!! supper sounds very yummy. i just had veggie fried rice!
Haz - You're *supposed* to use a rubber bowl scraper so that all the filling goes onto the cheesecake!:-) Hope your guests enjoy it as much as you seem to have.
Well, I didn't actually lick the bowl itself, it was more in the way of sampling from it!
Ren - Are you are 'veggie' (like my daughter), or did you fancy a meat-free meal? Veggie rice is very nice.
Haz - LOL. I now have a vision of you with your head in a mixing bowl and cheesecake filling all over your face and hair!
mistress - not a vegan.....just all we had in the house....tomorrow is major grocery shopping day
haz - i had the same vision...8)
Not quite that bad! A bowl, a spatula, a cook keen to make sure it was okay....
evening everyone : )

GW thanks, took a little fumbling
I realised after posting that it was a little clunky in the presentation -- Congrats on finishing!
Well done GW - I couldn't think of a clue
Thanks mari
Thanks again, GW not your clunky. my counting.
Hello all, a clue for the ca 7/40 (2nd one) and ca 6/36 , please?
The Ca6/36 is the plural of the 4/10 before it
GW you are on your own answering Chic's request!!!
I don't have the 2nd ca7/40 either -- just got to the c's working backwards :D
thanx, tigereye
The second Ca7/40 = Ca + a blood sucking creature used in medieval medicine, put one of the double vowel at the end though
ca7 what you blow out on a birthday cake,change the d for a t.
Thanks Tigereye! I never would have gotten that one on my own :)
Greetings, macadam! -- how are you today?
Hi GW.Fine thanks.Gave a clue for the wrong word .Sorry about that .
I hope all is well with you and the family.
thanx again, tigereye. I thought I tried that...
No problem :)
We are doing well, macadam -- we had a rough week due to Sebastian catching RSV (respiratiry virus) from his sister. But he is doing just fine, was never truly in any danger, but docs were cautious. Overall, things are going fairly well and we are happy, if a bit tired :)
just 9 to go; I need more help. 2 in 6/21's I have the interfamily one
Babies do tend to bounce back to good health quite quickly. The trouble is the parents don`t .Life isn`t always fair ,but they are worth it.:)
1st in6 -- a wizard's spell is an in****ation
One of the In 6/21's is a bug, the other uses your Ca4/5
Creepy crawlies in6/21
in6/21 sexual relations between close members of a family
That`s me finished .Keep well GW Love to the family.Bye for now.Nite everyone.
thanx, GW, macadam and tigereye. The pain meds I'm on are really good. I'm being spacey....
Hey all! GW, I just checked out the pictures... what a cutie-patootie!!
So long, macadam -- nice seeing you (*Hug*)
Hi Jera!! chic -- why the painkillers?
*Refresh* I changed my icon to reflect how I feel right now
I have arthritis in lower back and hip. I'm getting an epidural on tues that hopefully will help alleviate this pain so I can get moving again.

Turn metal into gold
Got it! Thanks tigereye!!
And I am done!!! Feels good after falling asleep on the past couple ;D
GW, I've tried lots of things over the years including acupunture and DO's that manipulate, massage. I finally went to an Orthopedist and the film for myself. There's no more 'cush' between the bones. Losing a lot of weight will help and I'm also going to go for Phys. ther.
I need the ha 6/21 and the ha 4/5 after it....
ha6/21 -- change the 1st letter on the ca6/21
oops wrong one
first ha6/21 is most ha4/5
1st ha6/21 -- to be the most ha4
the ha4/5 after that means STOP!
1st 4/5 following -- STOP
2nd ha4/5 following -- h + unwanted picnic pest
thanx, gwenski and GW and I'm done now! Yay time for a nap! See ya at the flip!
Rest well, chic (*Hug*)
So long to whoever is still here -- will be back later -- around flip time :) (*Hugs to all*)
Hi, all!! Help with ca6/36 and ca6/24 please
ca6/36 is plural of ca4/10
gwenski, don't have the ca4/10
ca6/24 is also a plural of the 4/10, but it doesn't use the high-value letter.
ca 4/10 ends in the high value letter
ca4/10 is the crumbly residue left after a mineral or metal has been calcined or roasted
gwenski, found the ca4/10, new word for me, also found the ca6/36 but not the ca6/24
substitute the high-value letter with another consonant, that sort of sounds like it.
And these were new words for me, too!
gwenski, thanks, found the ca6/24 too
hi everyone - popped in to finish my last ten, now i just gotta find them
I'm just chillin' out here, so if I can be of service in clue-giving, just ask and I'll do what I can.
ce5/14 anyone?
ch6/24?
Add a consonant to the ce4/6 to make the adjective ce5
don't have the ce4/6
ch6/24 sounds to me like it could be a fabric, if it ended in a z.
ce4/6: A saclike cavity with only one opening
ch6/24 = c + hi5/12
thanks found the ce and ch words I was looking for
Just tried a new game (to me) -- not as easy as it looks -- still have a ways to go to reach the top ten! my best so far just over 15,000. http://www.eastofthew eb.com/games/Eight1.html
What type of game is it?
Isn't this just what we all needed ? -- another word game? LOL
I suppose I should have guessed it was a word game!
hi everyone! how goes the grid? trying to decide whether or not to start...
Only 143 words, but some very new to me. However, I'm not the best one to ask!
Up to you Temple Owl, not too long, but there are some very peculiar words in today, mor peculiar than usual.
good evening everyone.
cybernan - how many levels does it take to get 15000 points?
whew, done!!!, those ca's were doing me in
evening
hey nut!!! how did the party go????
she just got home - we're in the process of distracting here while the fire and candles are lit
ok - so how are you?
im so excited!
bout ylou ren? you were checking on your mum, hows she?
i'm excited for you and your brother!!!
can't wait can't wait can't wait
how much longer?????
i dunno, i guess that depends on the answer *wink wink*
nudge nudge....
* hopping up and down * - i left an anonymous gift in the house you know ren
where are you? are you at home??? or did you leave a gift at brother's house?
evanout, are you meeting your mother for the first or second time?
i left the gift at my brothers house - i'm at my mums house, which is directly across the road - there is a christmas tree, snow, lights, garlad up the hall, pictures, and a pile of gifts
er - well, all the time actually mab
hey nut, mab, renny - when did you sneak in? : D
can you take pictures to post on bab anon?
72, oh just a bit ago, have to be sneaky tonight
hey t-owl!!!!

nut is being very sneaky tonight!!!
what's the deal? (and the 2nd ca7/40 - LOL!)
Oh my gods... who dio I have to kill for posting that Eight1 game?????
Hi Temple. Just started a little while ago.
the deal is my baby bro is going to propose pretty soon - and all excitimo
My sentiments exactly, Jera! Just scored 10114!
ca + the hockey stick consonent + ec 4/6
cool, nut! jera and gwenski - behave! isn't one addication enough? : D
I'm nowhere near that good, gwen... like I needed another highly addictive word game!! My floors will never be mopped again...
oh, how exiting, evanout!
Yeah, but what do you do when the puzzle is complete but the day isn't?
tell me about it mab, she just now arrive from kuwait - 2 weeks leave - o man!
how very cool evanonut
your brother must be on pins and needles.
yep, yep, yep - gotta run now, i'll be back later with the results!
Right now, the word games are strictly therapy for me. Hubby & I are having time apart, as we attend counseling and try to get things right between us again. (Plus my feet aren't sticking to the floors yet.)
bye! hi doxy
* skips out of room excitedly *
hi temple. Been here a little while.
My baby brother is on the way home, he's in the Navy & has been overseas for the past 6 months... he'll be home March 11th!
on a ship, jera?
It must be such a relief when a loved one comes home from the armed services.
la6/33 anyone?
la6 - most lazy
My older son is in the Air Force and left for Iraq in the middle of January. He's supposed to be back at the end of May.
my son is in the Air Force also, he is stationed in Okinawa. Will probably be there 2 years or more. Just got there a week and a half ago.
My younger son was in the Marines, and was in Okinawa for a while. His job was playing french horn in the band. He's out now, and going to college.
did he enjoy Okinawa?
se6/21?
Yes, I think it did. He was there for about a year.
se6/21 - se + ca4/5
ta6/33?
se6/21: trigonometry term.
ta6 - cars that you hail for a ride.
thanks, found the se6/21 still can't find that la6/33 though
la6 uses the high point letter
He certainly enjoyed the weather, except when a typhoon hit. (They have typhoons, not hurricanes in that part of the world.)
doxy, found the ta6 right before I saw your post, thanks
I'm saving money so I can go over while he is there. I love to travel.
doxy, found the la6, I was trying to put an i in the middle of it which would have made it 7 letters 8)
The furthest I've travelled out of the US is into Canada.
that's about as far as I've been. There are several places I would like to go, even in the US.
gwenski, do you like North Carolina? It seems like it would be lovely.
I've never been out of the US... thinking about a road trip to Canada when it starts getting hot here in Virginia.
okay - they're heading to the house - i didn't want to leave babble up where she could see the log
seems like a lot of us have close ones in the military
oh, the suspense!
i don't know if i can take it - oh no, the dogs are barking - i hope she didn't run screaming the other way.
probably won't be able to post pictures until tomorrow
me too!
Yes, I like NC. Be back after a phone call...
Finished.
Well done doxy!
way to go, doxy!
way to go doxy!!!!!
Hi all. 20 more words to go. I've been playing on and off all day. Mostly I have been stripping wallpaper. Finally gave up for the night, my hands, arms and back have had enough.<g>
ta5/14 clue, please?
that is such hard work musicmom -- babble, babble, babble.
hi mmom
ta 5.14 - add 2nd vowel to ta 4/
ta 4/6 w/a vowel on the end
se7?
I intend to babble tonight for the rest of the eveing mab. Yes it is very hard work. We just bought this house in Sept and there is wallpaper (ugly wallpaper) everywhere.
TO - what you use to do the 4
se 7 like grout or stuff you put around the bathtub
se4/4 plus a picnic ruiner
or t-owl se 7 is a water mammal along the west coast (ark ark) + a little picnic pest
thanks so much...i am down to 2 words...
So mab, what would you like to know about living in NC?
Ren, I'm thinking of investing in a DVD to teach me to tap. Think it can be done, I mean learn from a DVD. I know you've been tapping since you could walk, so it might be hard for you to say, but, what do you think?
mab I know nothing about tapping - but I think that sounds like a lot of fun. I love to watch it.
Gwenski, would Chapel Hill be a nice area?
may i help anyone with clues?
The last se 5/12?
72 temple, you must have found those last 2. congrats!
Brava, Temple, you finished!!!
mab - i think it is a good idea. believe it or not, i did not enjoy all of my dance classes. there were some real snobby girls in my classes.
TO - that was an awful quiet way to announce you had finished! Congratulations!!!
way to go t-owl!!!!!!
You'd have to root for the UNC Tarheels if you lived there!
congrats temple
Yes, ren, I remember the snobbery of ballet -- really awful.
se5 se plus **-ti-da
thanks! se5/12: to vend - last letter + ohs and **s
adorable clue, gramma.
amb - i guess those people had nothing more to do w/ their lives than to be rude...or maybe they were snobs becasue they had no self confidence.
Thank you!! It too both of those clues. Now I feel like a Dunce! That word is in the Bible tons!!
amb...how about mab......8)
just started class again and i am bone tired...see you all tomorrow...happy babbling!
Good night TO. See you tomorrow.
Night Temple. Rest those bones.
See ya on the flip. Go to class and get smarter than the rest 8)
nite t-owl
nite temple
nitey- night all!
Gotta dance, gotta dance, to quote Gene Kelly. I remember when Savion Glover came onto the scene -- every African American kid in DC(boys!) was taking class. It was so great to see that.
he has style!!!
Savion? I think he's amazing. He honors the roots of tap and then takes it into completely original directions.
yes savion. i enjoy watching gene kelly dance in the movies, he was just not my idea as a leading man. did you ever see white knights w/ gregory hines?
yes, I saw it. Terrible movie, but fabulous dancing. It's so sad Gregory Hines is no longer with us - I just adored him. I also loved when Baryshnikov did a dance in sneakers and did this thing at the end where he ended on his toes with his feet arched to the extreme - it looked so cool.
I loved White Nights when I saw it in the theater. But, I don't know if it was the movie or the fact that I was allowed to drive there by myself<g> I miss Gregory Hines as well. Always like to see Baryshnikov.
I liked Gene Kelly alot as a dancer, however when he waxed romantic, with, say, Leslie Caron in his arms, it made my skin crawl. He always looked like a heavy breather, unfortunately.
mm & mab -yes hines is a loss - very sad....love mmisha
mab - i agree on kelly...great dancer...0 on the romatic
that's romantic.....duh
SHE SAID YES!
YES!!!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! **F**I**R**E **W**O**R**K**S***
YAYA!!!!!! Whoohoooo! When's the wedding?
nut!!! that is so wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!1 mazel tov!!!!!!!!
dunno, i just missed them dangit - just when i figured they must be staying in to celebrate, they went up for the announcement
have to be back up for breakfast with them tomorrow before they leave for her parents house.
i'm so excited, couldn't ask for a nicer sister in law
I knew what you meant. Didn't even notice the missing n. I read an autobiography of a ballerina 'Dancing on my Grave,' who ended up loathing Misha and went extensively into his (according to her) lousy lovemaking. Rather cheap of her.
that's is important! i have 2 wonderful sister - in- laws!!!!
I have no sister in laws --- even though Greg has two brothers who *could* get married.
Eeeeeeeeee! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! That's so exciting!!!
right mab....i don't care about the peronal stuff..we all have stuff...it's the dance
well, as i have no sisters - i've been waiting for this, and he could easily have scared her from me, because he explained to her that it is essential that she get along with me.
I have a brother in law (my sister's husband ) whom I like okay, but that isn't the same as a sister in law.
oh no nut!!!!
Send them to western Mass, musicmom. I need a man, I want a man. Like yesterday. I'll try really hard not to annoy them.... promise....
Help with the ca 6/24 between the two 7s?
My favorite brother in law is 35, very funny, very opinionated. How do you feel about bald?
s'okay ren, hubbynut had the same stipulation (only he didn't know it), but i could never marry someone who didn't get along with my baby bro - working on getting you guys photos right now.
ca6/24 is a plural of ca4/10 that doesn't use the high-value letter.
mm ca 6/24 is the plural of ca 4/10
hair is no issue. I'm so happy for you evanout! That was sweet of your brother -- kind of odd, but sweet. You must be close, which is so wonderful.
hi kids!! evanonut - congrats!!! in my family - not only did any 'boy' entering the family have to meet with the approval of the 4 sisters, they also had to be screened by the already included brothers-in-law...!! talk about pressure!! 8 D
hey eb!!!!!!!!!!
Wow, that sounds like quite a process, Eastern. Pretty sweet too.
I'll be happy to set you up. ;-)Imagine a babbler for a sister-in-law.<G>
as my father had the 5 girls...as we each go married, the guys were 'initiated' into the MSG (men's support group)...it's pretty funny to see all the guys together...
he was nervous about asking her parent - they told the first guy no. so, how do i post a pic in babs anon?
oops...got married...
Okay does the ca24 end in the squiggly letter or a vowel?
That would be intimidating, evanout! Glad your brother made the cut!
squiggly letter.
squiggly snakey kind of letter
nut - dunno how to post pix in bab anon...sorry!
Okay thanks.
Wow. All I had to do was impress a JUDGE ..
mm, if you have the ca6/36 plural, just change the high-value letter to a different one.
clue for the se 5/12....please & thanks!!
hi Tor!!
Whooo finally found it. Sheesh talk about going round the mulberry bush. How about the me6?
What Tor? No pretty wedding for you?
musicmom - think of a shortened form of a kind of math then give it a plural ending.
se5/12 is often found in Psalms.
hi torg nut - email swmbo and she will post them for you. she posted grey wolfe's baby pixs
There were some great clues for the se given about 30-40 minutes ago.
hang on - i'm moving them into my blog - will that work for ya'll?
Oh yes. There was a wedding .. But the former Mrs. Torgone's father was a judge; And I wasn't a model citizen ..
me6 - think of a term a jewish person would use to describe someone.
thanks for the se clues...!!!
me - yiddish, a really good guy.
okay, to see the cuties, go here.http://360.yahoo.com/my_p rofile.html
wait, that's wrong
WHOOOHOOOOo Finally found it!!! I'm done I'm done!!!!!

Woot MM!!!
Heya EB! Cute kids!
Tor- thanks...I think I'm behind on the theme of the day...but it was for virtual baby showers the other day...
yay music! okay, sorry, but i guess if you want to see them i'll need email addresses, sorry i'm so inconvenient.
Hey tor - is your icon a bubblegum machine or a robot?
isn't torg's icon from that comedy central show
evanonut --- my email is misschrista@intelliwave.com
mm - He's a robot puppet called Tom Servo, whose head is made from a gum dispenser.
nut rennyfeld@yahoo.com
Very cool. I was right on both accounts:0
nut - poohbearsannie@yahoo.com
brb
i love tom servo and i am so totally jealous that torg has the mst3k dvds.....
I'm back.
you've got mail
I also have a drawer full of tapes AND a friend who has a lot of old tapes (He's an orthodox Joelist).
Hey Ren did you get all those taxes done? I got ready to do mine this morning and didn't have any internet. (Necessary for TurboTax).
mm - i have not completed persoanl taxes...i promise i will get started...we always owe....8(
ooo, evanout, may I? tikvaeve@msn.com
I'm hoping we don't owe this year. I started my own business this year so I hope I have done everything right. Also had some retirement money issues and bought a house. I'm a little apprehensive at getting started.
nut - i don't have mail yet....
Torgone, what is a Joelist?
Evanonut --- GREAT pictures. Your brother and future sister in law are a lovely couple.
sent mab renny - i'll send again, maybe i typed it wrong
nut - i didn't get it either...thanks!
ren, it's rejecting your address
maybe yahoo is checking them out before we get them....
eb - don' tlike you either - did you type them up right? cause i added an i to rens and it went - to someone
folks I'm going to head out if noone needs any clues. Going to enjoy a glass of wine with my husband and go to bed.
ok try rennyfeld@hotmail.com really is rennyfeld@yahoo.com
bye musicmom...enjoy!!
The show has mainly a cult following to begin with, but after a few years, the host quit and was replaced by another, which caused a rift in the cult and created a sub-cult - Those who felt that shows with the original host, Joel, are the only shows worth watching .. It's all very complicated and incredibly insignificant ..
Thanks eb. see you tomorrow.
ren - success.
nut... hmmm...dunno... : ( I only use yahoo email.... I'll envision that they're wonderful pix... They look sooooo happy!! 8 )
later mm - rest......
you're so cute eb - but you're right.
nut - i connected to your 360!!! neat pictrues!!!
thanks ren - i'd put me in there somewhere - but i wouldn't want to scare anyone away.
torg...you are a true mst3k'er
have i mentioned that your icon is intimidating ren?
sorry nut - it's joan crawford in strait jacket..also the cover to raging hormones.... hey is that your brother in the orange & black shirt?
Aww, evanout, they are darling (and your brother is hot!).
that's him alright - he got all the looks thanks mab - i'll tell him you say so. he's a lady killer - girls were always buddying up to me to get to him.
nut - I got the email & connect to your 360 - very happy looking couple (for real this time!!) 8 )
thanks eb - boy - i hope she don't pick ugly dresses, i had to wear an ugly dress once, i hated it.
nut - you are a real me 6/27 to share your happy family moment with us!!! this is as good as chocolate!!!
you should buy a bridal mag & point out pix you like!!
i took my girls shopping and told them to agree on a dress,
you could say things like... if your bridesmaids wear these - it will make you stand out so beautifully in YOUR dress.... tee hee hee!!!
no mag though, she's only home for two weeks
hubby nut is the best man
2 hours - 76 words to go... hasn't been too bad so far... *jumps back into the grid*
you can do it eb!
eb you sound like the voice of experience...i never have had to do anything like that.
it's overrated ren - lots of work - planning parties, running errands, etc...the party part is fun.

Wasp Woman - Great bad movie!! Heya Smaller!
torg it is so good bad...love it!!!!
mab- yes please please please. bab anon isn't liking me torgone- ????!!!! holy moly-what an honor!! long time no see you babble!!! Renny-with torgone's "great bad movie"- didn't you say you were in some movies like that? Are you a wasp woman?
smaller -no i'm not in this bad movie...it's a really good bad movie - the list has been e-amiled to you...btw
Ok. T'is there.
oooo there's a poop word in the grid. i like the excretion related ones if "peed" were in the grid, it would be a perfect night for me
ur in trouble smaller....
To understand the phrase "Great bad movie" is to know a lot about me ..
I believe that Freud would say you are stuck in the anal phase of development. It seems to be a comfortable spot for you, however, so -- enjoy.
20 t's?!!! ugh. better than lately though. Thanks mab!! ohhhh thanks ren!
.. not like anyone would want to ..
torg....our dvd library is really great bad movies....were we separated at birth????
Tor - what other movies would you put in that category (since I've never seen wasp woman...)
Oh, Torgone! We know you a little bit and we love you.
the brain that wouldn't die the head
mab, i think that hits at about 2 years old. ...so yes your assessment of me fits perfectly. oooo and note the fun in "assessment" . loads of excretions from there. oh and "sass" is in it too. fav word for this week!
Mars Needs Women, is my entry for great bad movies.
spider island
mab, Mars Needs Women... heckuva movie!!! good choice!
Why, thank you, thank you very much.
ok mars needs women...what about that bubbles
"Creature From The Haunted Sea" a Roger Corman "classic", "Plan 9..." of course, "Warning From Space", "The Giant Gila Monster", "The Day The Sky Exploded" . . . .Too many to mention ...
I've not seen any of the movies mentioned thus far...
oh, wait, maybe I should come out from under my rock!!
EB - Most people need medication to watch this kind of movie ..
Mars probably doesn't really count, as one senses the makers were not entirely serious. Maybe a move can only be good bad if the filmmaker was earnest?
EB, I've seen the Mars Needs Women and the Day the Sky Exploded of the list so far. With the first time you see them, you pretty much just blink a lot and think..."what the ...." but then they grow on you.
wasp woman is roger corman
Tor - maybe that explains it...I try to stay away from meds!! ; )
must admit, Mars is the only good bad movie I know of.
The Monster That Challenged the World
Ren and Torg, i think you may just be split-aparts. or maybe fraternal gametes that fused together for awhile and then split at birth to hide the weirdness of the uterine event
oh, do we have to discuss the current administration?
"Voyage To The Planet Of Prehistoric Women" must be on the list ..
LOL smaller....
"uterine" THAT would be a good babble treasure
Tor - do you now, or have you ever had red curly hair?
LOL mab!!
oh yes it is torg!!! eb...you don't need meds....just the ability to know these movies are pure cheese!!!
mab - Wavy brown now going grey ..
sorry mab didn't mean to talk politics!!!!
rennie & mab- just realized what you were referring to...TOO FUNNY!!! : )
eb - it really os a move w/ tim holt from treasure of the sierra madre..you know how quick mab is!!!! 8)
Badges? We ain't got no badges .. I don't got to show you no STINKING BADGES!
what, what, I didn't touch it... I swear.
me thinks she doth protest too much...
Tor: are you hallucinating? Shall I put in a call to jimmy carter? I'd be happy to and he can talk you down.
cluey for the al7/48 and if it has to do with the 5 before it, need that too please
Please ..
al turning lead to gold...
LOL EB! she's right, Mab.
thanks mab! i was just about to whine that the ch5 of that wasn't a word on its own
al 7 old time sicence majic - the art of turning common metals to gold
Good evening everyone! I have 4 left to find. This is be kind to the sleep deprived month so any clues for: ce 5/ 14 et 4/ 6 fe 5/ 18 se 6/ 21
Not this again. You know I'm ever so slightly sedated right now (which actually means I'm sort of normalish) and I don't know what you are talking about. It isn't nice to take advantage of the neurologically scrambled. (he he).
What legal pad?
LOL Mab!!!
mab...you know which legal pad it is. it's the one who have ...the one i am missing....
ooo fe5/18 is POOP!!
What's $138,000 anyway? Gum money, that's what it is, gum money.
the ce 5/14 is almost like the poop : )
Thanks smaller!
sorry eva that's the only one i have that you need. it was my first word!!
ce 5/14 = ce + abbreviation for west coast state + hockey stick consonent
eva - et - think of the kid's toy (red w/ white knobs to draw upon) et _ _ A sk _ _ _
Thanks smaller, I was missing that.
and thanks EB! Only 2 to go now. Will trade them for anything else you need....
*desperately searches for ce5/14 and thinks "how could i miss something poop related"*
$138,000....you know it's not gum money...it's gob stoppoer money...and i need it back....
*whispers to smaller* change the first letter....
In under the wire. Not complete, but decent "also ran"! Time for a good nite's rest. 'Til the morrow fellow maniacs!
great clue EB!!! I had one of those and loved it dearly. Do they still make them? Just the se6/21 now.
mom23....why are you leaving????
se 6/21 - se + a person who sings is known as a "_ _ _ _"or (usually a religious connotation)...
night mom....
Eva - they still make 'em (as far as I know...)
Well, I already spent it on a pony and some tap shoes, and they don't do refunds. Sorry. Really.
congrats mom23!!! nite!
ca 6/24?? ca 7/40??? (the 2nd one)
EB to the rescue!! TADA! Wonderful clues that I could understand even with the few brain cells still awake. can I do anything for you or did you finish long ago and just stuck around to take care of us stragglers?
ok mab...then i get to ride the pony.... speaking of ponies..torg needs to tell us about his pony...
Eva - I still have 25 to go...
yes, tor, do!
I still have 51!!!
I never had a pony ..
ca6/24-the first 4 letters of the white mineral good for bones + es
you can do it Ish!! We'll help (as much as I can anyway!!!)
WOW EB you're FAST!!! When i first got on here you had like 75 to go and that was only afew minutes ago. good job!!!
ca 6/24 = plural of ca 4/10 (doesn't use the last letter as the ca 4/10)
Except for the pygmy pony I rode when i was harvesting my dental floss .
the second ca7/40: ca+ the spanish word for milk
Spanish is a bit rusty (well....no existant actually!!!!)?
if the spanish milk doesn't work for you, how about a dirty old man + e?
woo hoo - c's are done!! thanks!! (it took me a moment for the spanish for milk...sadly - I took latin in HS & I know sign language, but that's it for me...luckily - I LOVE musicals & there's a line in Guys & Dolls...dulce de ______)....I'm so pathetic!!
de nada
thanks torg!!!! i thought you were really a mennil-toss flykune
Have you ever tasted dulce de leche? Lots of people love it-sort of a caramel/sweetened evaporated milk type of thing so sweet it hurts your teeth.
ca + ec 4/6
So Montana is not really in your future either, Tor?
I'm a voodoo chile ..
eva - I've never tried it, but anything caramel appeals to me... : )
EB- when I went to HS they didn't offer Spanish-a very different US then. The choices were Latin & French. I took french and was pretty fluent for a while, but not much use for it anymore. Speak English (most of the time), French is rusty, Hebrew-never great and now terribly rusty and a very small smattering of Spanish. Used to speak pig latin-but gone.
play it jimi
Well thanks again for the help everyone and goodnight. See you in the morning.
Eva - my HS had french, spanis & latin...encouraged to take latin to help w/ the SAT's.... took Sign Language & French in college (my French is miserable!!)... could speak pig-latin... and for anyone who watched Zoom in the early '70's - I can speak ubbie dubbie....
night Eva - thanks for your help too!
Nitey- Nite Eva ..
nite eva
Night Eva.
mab - my little black cat is on my neck and snoring
Black Cat Moan?
LOL torg....was that jeff beck???
Oh, that's so nice. It makes me feel very guilty, as my little black cat is getting the cold shoulder from me today.... I should give in soon and forgive her.
mab......you better hug that kitty!!!
Black Cat Moan goes WAY back .. Coco Taylor I think, or maybe older ..
I will.
Torgone hates cats, and GW throws them.
mab - did your kitty do something bad to deserve the cold shoulder??
That was so evil of me. I'm sorry. (but it's true)
torg..didn't john mayall also do black cat moan???
I don't hate cats, I just don't have any particular use for them, except maybe catching mice ..
The litter box needed changing (clearly my fault) and she peed on a sock that shouldn't have been on the floor. It's all my fault, but she's done the same before and I don't want it to become a real behavior problem. She actually knows why I'm ignoring her.
Use? you're talking utility? Cats are an art form.
mab - ah...understandable... I'm more of a dog person...plus hubby is allergic to cats...
Oh, her she comes. I'll make up with her now.
al7?
al 7 = anceint science of turning common metal into gold
mab -good for you! I think she wants to make up with you too!!! Ish - turning metal into gold by 'magic'

I shouldn't have missed those.. Thanks again Eastern.
so....are you finished mab???
mab - no problem! I thought you had finished when i joined since you were chatting away!!
Ok. Torgone never said he hates cats. I'm sorry. GW did speak of throwing cats, but he clearly did not mean injuring them. I'm sorry. Anyone else I've defamed this evening? Just this evening, please.
uh...mab... about thatlegal pad and the $138,000....
I'll fed ex the pony and shoes on monday morning. The actual legal pad? Try the bottom of the Connecticut River. Sorry. Honestly, I'm prostrate with guilt. Oh, and Eastern? Sophie is now giving me the cold shoulder. We should even out in the next few hours and be friends again.
mab - that sounds about right from most cats I've met!! : )
LOL mab...you can keep the pony.....and shoes...i'll get a new legal pad....and i'm sorry sophie is giving you the cold shoulder
se7? to complete 7's
se 7 = stuff you use to se** out the water from the tile on your shower + little bug that invades picnics
You can see that I'm making a smooth transition into cat ladyhood. Make that crazy cat ladyhood - all I need is about 12 more cats.
mab - i had 5 cats....smoke, o'toole, meezie, ted the head, and spike....
need clue for m6 my last one ty
me6 a really great guy is a me6. plural males plus three consonants.
