Yes....round steak that you have the butcher run thru the tenderizer, then floured and browned. Then add sliced onions and green peppers, a can of tomatoes and some garlic. Then simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.

swiss steak... cut up pieses of round steak..1 chopped onion..i chopped green pepper..i can of campbells tomato soup and one can white wine..salt and pepper to taste..simmer the snot out of it

( well..hubby likes his meat DEAD DEAD DEAD...beyond overcooked to shoeleather... i on other hand..like medium rare to rare...so..as a compromise... I cook it to death then make sure it falls apart
i wrap 1 cube steak, i/2 onion & 2 potatoes, salt and pepper into individual portions - bake it at 350 F for about 45 mins to an hour - it's great

that sounds good. I'm a southerner so I bread and fry it...then make gravy, add the beef and simmer.

u lost my house on the onions... cus in this house..they have to be so small and immersed in gravy to get them to eat it..and..the potatoes need to be whipped...only and always..whipped

I started collecting the stats on January 1, just out of curiousity...I don't know if people are bored with them or not, but I like to know about them. Next January, I'm going to start adding the daily points also.
i've always been fascinated by numbers - so even though i am not overly competitive, i'm definitely interested by all kinds of stats...
I have a small notepad type application that I keep all kinds of information in, and I open it each day before I start the grid and put that day's total words in by date. Then I add them at the end of the week, and at the end of the month. The rest of the stats are pretty easy to gather also.
