I did the 7 yr old daughter's yearly visit at home last week, in the parents' bedroom, with Mary in the hospital bed, the 4 yr old boy jumping up + down on the parents' bed, the baby crawling all over, and Dad there. It was very poignant, and surreal. But Mary was included and that was critical for all of us.
