of course i had no choice but to get an ebook reader.i have not gotten rid of any book that i have bought since 1986 and it was buy an ereader or a bigger house to hold more book cases
now the ereader has 400 books on it lol
problem with good readers at that age we sometimes try encourage them to read books for which emotionally they are not ready. I let htem find their own books and at times was taken back when they took books i thought were too childish for them
i read at nite but still find it hard with some of the words :( but i will get they this helps at lot :)

i read that first time at 13 vanillia,but did not discover its true depth and detail till my 20,s.i still pull it off the shelf at least once a year and i learn more,see more and gain new insight every time i read it
listened to the Alchemist again in the cr travelling that was great
audio book do not hold me,my mind wanders,though when in the mood i can enjoy radio shows
I find the miles just slip by with a good book reading
i have the entire lord of the rings on audio tape and that i love.it was created by "the minds eye company" and has an entire cast of characters with full sound effects instead of just one person reading from the book
maybe I should try to get hold of that it might convert me
12 cassette tapes,one hour each side
I still have a cassette player in the car
i do not think it is made anymore,but maybe they re-released it on cd

I followed your conversation about reading, and wanted to tell you about my granddaughter. She wasn't able to read until she was about 12 but now she never stops. She was in a special needs class at 7 and is now off to University in October - never give up on a child!!!

don't make it too small, though, carlee. You will get used to having it very soon, so don't be afraid to make it visible. And readable. Go to a good tattoo shop, and let them advise you. They can show you how it looks in different sizes before you decide anything.

I like black. I don't mind white, cream, grey either. But no colours... most coloured tattoos look cheap to me. I have one tattoo so far, on my shoulder. It is a sprite :) I want a second one, a big one, on my back. Atalante has made a design for me. A tree, with an earth creature hidden in the roots and a sprite in the leaves.

yeah, my shoulder wasn't too bad and it was not a big one. But the back... it will be big and bad, lol. Roots down to my butts and branches reaching up and out. Only thing stopping it is money... need to save up for such a big tattoo.
oh that is also very beautiful, carlee... but indeed, feet are the worst. Ankle, for instance. Lol... I have hardly any feeling in my feet anymore... I might consider a foot tattoo and look like someone who can take pa4 ;)
oh yeah. that'll take a while, too! I was in chair (well, on table) for two six-hour sessions with my back. walked like a robot for about a week afterwards :P
i love toe rings but i hate wearing them..this way i dont have to

I take zyrtec when it gets really bad, but then I fall asleep during the day.
How many shots do you do and how often HarryHood?I do 4 shots once a week. I give the shots to myself. I am allergic to almost everything inside my house and outside.
I just started - I'm getting three shots once a week for now. He won't let me do them myself - though perhaps when he's more comfortable with my lack of reactions he'll let me do it. My big hitters are dust mites and tree pollent, though I can't tolerate any perfumes or scented oils.
