Sue, our most recent patient with cancer is a 13 yr old boy with abdominal pain and weight loss for 1 mo. He presented with a bowel obstruction and was diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma. Tell Frank to think of Nathaniel as he endures his recovery and treatment. Frank is not alone.

No one knows for sure if he has epilepsy but that's what I think it might be. I don't want him on medication every day for something that happens infrequently as the medication can be a problem. I thought he had outgrown it about a year ago since he didn't have one for several months. They told me that can happen. I just give him lots of love and he always comes right back to his feisty self after a couple of hours.

I spoke with two vets and the only thing they said they could do was a neurological workup but I have no money for something like that and they told me it could only diagnose the problem (maybe) and do nothing to fix it.

yes they are expensive.just over a year os so ago we had a giant cyst on one of our cats tails explode and killed all the nerves in her tail so half of it had to be but off..was 1600 dollars by the time all was said and done

I'll talk to her when I see her here. But I've worked with animals a lot and know much about cat health myself and have researched it thoroughly. Just one of those things that remains in the gray area. Even if I wanted to medicate him it would be nearly impossible to do so....just that kind of cat. But he is happy the rest of the time and very affectionate with me. Since he and his sister were strays (so was my other cat) at least he has a good home now.

My oven stopped working too. The burners worked fine still, so I just bought one of those big convection ovens for $100. It works faster and better than the oven ever did!

if only, crossy - you have to divide the stitches evenly on all needles and then try to remember your pattern while making sure nothing twists - i thought needlework was supposed to be relaxing!
