I'm originally from the area of Ohio with the largest concentration of Amish. My FIL and MIL can speak PA Dutch (FIL was Amish as a kid, MIL was almost Amish as a kid)
PA Dutch - I love the tone of that language (cannot speak it), but it is a very pleasant sound
It didn't get passed down to my spouse, though - parents liked being able to talk without the kids understanding

Well, the doctor told me, about 18 months ago, that I had shingles but he didn't give me anything for it so I don't think it was. I've actually googled shingles and there are so many different appearances to them. But it says on there that there's a lot of discomfort associated with shingles and these little critters don't even itch, so I don't think it's that. But I'm no expert so I'll wait and see what the quack says
just as long as it's not necrotising fasciitis I don't mind lmao!!

I got to say though I dont feel as woozy this morning but I am a bit off balance though
well eventually you could, lol. I take 3x 600 a day. And I can even drive. But I couldn't at the start. I remember I had to build it up slowly too.

even i would probably be ok on 300mgs...and what pugs was describing was very like an over-medicared reaction. i expected some euphoria, but not to the extent pugs was saying.
if I remember correctly, I started on a low dosage once a day, then build up to trice daily, then a higher dose, and so on.
well that's how most meds of this kind work, sprite. we start on a low dose, and gradually increase until the symptoms disappear.
after work yesterday I then spent five hours in town taking everyone to do their stuff and paying bills// Oh and I open up my own bank account--saving and checking

I forgot to tell you guys--over the week end I was down at the river and across the road is a open field and a doe and a fawn were there next to the thickets and the fawn was out in the field on the edge of the thicket just running and bucking and having a hay day in the sunshine--was so cute to watch it playing
how lovely pugs, to witness such a display of playfulness.
right now all the baby animals are big enough to come out of hiding and starting to explore things--I love watching them

yes, the pork is slow cooked and pulled apart along the grain of the meat with two forks then marinated in a sweet/ spicy sauce

nice! glad to hear you were able to go back- i bet that was a tough rehab. my sister had her shoulder replaced last summer- and it surprised how much easier she said that was than when she rehabbed from the other shoulder that they just set. so i hope that was the case for you- but knees- so involved in all we do.

I went through a period when my allergies diminished, but I think I live in the allergy capital of the Northeast. We live in a river valley
I took allergy shots but the commitment was too much. Every week
Une- if you live near a whole foods- they make a grapefruit/orange salt scrub that i find very soothing for rashes and the like- plus your skin comes out so smooth
Bichon--the nasal steroid sprays are the most effective treatment for nasal allergy problems. Nasacort is now OTC!
