must check out the rosters....i thought we had got rid of that shift....the trouble is the nurse who does the rosters forgets, and after a 10:30pm finish, she tends to roster you back on at 7:30am, which is less than the required 10 hour break we are supposed to have.
well, then she will have to make new rosters. Because you will tell her kindly that you cannot work unless you get the required rest.
and because they are ROSTERED shifts, we cannot claim no 10 hour break. which really sucks...
sprite, i so agree. nobody should work such a short change of shift, especially in theatre...
but you have some power now, sweetie. You can truthfully say that you are still recovering and that too short a rest will mean a setback.
