dianne, you bake the pumpkin in fat/lard/oil in the oven until it starts to turn a brown colour. i prefer mine to be black.
Do you leave the rind/shell on when baking?
i prefer the rind to be off, others like it on. experiment, and see which appeals to your palate.
Do you put and butter on when you serve it? What about nutmeg?
i usually cut the pieces to fit into the palm of your hand, with the fingers half-curled

only a little salt is needed when you serve it. just make sure you have drained the fat/lard/oil well with paper towel before you serve it.

dianne, do you have an electric frypan? you can cook your 'roast' vegies in that. just partially cook them in the microwave, drain thoroughly, the fry in olive/vegetable oil in the frypan.

Have faith...I've been free of addiction for 8 years. I highly recommended SMART Recovery as either a replacement for or adjunct to AA/NA. It gives you behavioral "tools" that I find more help than being told you have "no control" and must leave it to God.
are those SMART programs all over? Have a friend whose son is just now in recovery rehab
e's, mistakes, energy, and archaic form of before present time.
They are but you'd need to go online to find them. They're not as available as AA yet but are, I believe, also available for online attendance. This therapy is based on cognitive behavioral therapy developed by Albert Ellis and is, in my opinion, very helpful in providing not only support but actual tools for changing attitude and behavior.
When I used drugs in my teens and up untill age 30 or so, i found that I have to totally change my envoronmental location. it was not good for me to be coming back to the same place, the same faces, the same streets and the same availability that got me into that problem in the first place. Saying that though, I am sure everyone is different. I could not win with it in my face every day.

I'm planning to undertake training to become a facilitator and hold my own meetings close to my home. My facilitator has been very supportive and encouraging and let me do a lot of "counseling" during the meetings I used to attend.

When I have been in meetings and shared my experience people seem very encouraged to hear how much better life is on the "other side" of addiction especially after I have provided the details of my struggle.
He lives on an impassed in Barton Creek area, right on the greenbelt. On the side of the creek toward downtown.
Just saw the movie "Winter's Tale" on Saturday on pay per view and LOVED it. Quite unique and very moving.
crossy , that is why my son is going away from here.and when and hopefuly he does this program , the veterans will help him find a place in buffalo..about an hours ride from here..he will be monitored and drug tested once he is clean.. and that is what needs to be done.

I think profit has taken over. The frames are vastly more expensive than they used to be and varifocals are much dearer than plain old bifocals. He did try to tell me that after 5 years with prisms behind each lens that they were now incorporated in the varifocals. I will wait to 'see' if they now reappear.
Same thing (duff varifocals) happened to my hubby and a workmate too. More common than we would expect
