over here i have the same issue, and the abdominal surgery i need will be the same as what you need. the linear alba, i think that's what it's called, becomes slack, and lets our abdominal contents prolapse out.
caused by the pregnancies, apparently. It certainly explains why I can have these sudden immense pains in my belly, and then just as sudden it is gone again.

They were polar opposites in every way as far as writing a story goes, yet they shared many common bonds not the least of which was membership to the "Lost generation" club
