No, I can't get anything to go to Lickety, flosey. I'm trying to drag the clues to the left side now.
I don't know flosey, I only use lickety for reference until I am 3/4 done, then I copy/paste from babble to fill in and find the blanks to finish.
there is another way, see Bulk Add at bottom of Lickety's list - I don't remember how to use it but maybe you can make sense of it?

yes, I copy list to excel, then just copy words column to lickety , paste from clipboard, then add bulk
I just copy my word list, paste it into that Bulk add box in Lickety, and check that the last word in the list didn't get lost!
If you send an email to Lickety, he will send you the program. This is his email: licketySplitAUS@gmail.com

oh my yes, Scrabbler. Saw Billy Joel last night. Made a great turkey mole to bring to a friend on Wednesday who suffered a nasty broken leg. Making asian meatballs, eggplant and cauliflower "rice" to bring to another friend who just had a shoulder replacement and is on the Paleo diet.

Going to Baltimore next week to see the grandkids, then taking a cruise to Bermuda from there with 92 year old Aunt Juliet (who is amazing). Then hiking the Grand Canyon later in the month with my best buddy.
We went to a cooking class in Florence. Fun!

Even though it's nice to not have to borrow, I think it's a good idea not to use up all available funds just in case you might need them. It's also nice to be able to get a few new things for a new house and, as you said, to make modifications that make you happy. The hardest thing so far for me is finding a really good kitchen.
that's kind of how if feel. I thought wow.. I can own a house without house payments.. but then I wouldn't have a lot of reserves.. probably will take out a small loan and have it for emergencies.

I created my happiness after a lot of very difficult times and circumstances. Now I approach life from a place of gratitude and appreciate everything. Sorry to hear that. My marriage dragged on for what seemed like forever but, fortunately, the divorce was very fast. Of course, I found out why it was so fast when I sold MY house (all I asked for in the divorce) and found out that was an IRS tax lien on it...five figures right off the top of that money to the government. I didn't know about that...I trusted my husband...big mistake...one among many.
no liens here.. but lots of complicated stuff. It has been a good thing that we're both working on it together and we're getting along, but just can't live together any longer
My ex and I are kind of like brother and sister now...much better at being divorced than married. Once you're divorced, most of the problems are over, so just let 'em go. He still confides in me and I can count on him for help if I need it, so that's nice. It's good for the kids, too, since we all celebrate holidays together.

...but don't get me started on his girlfriend...the woman he was seeing BEFORE we split. He thinks we should be friends...don't know what planet he thinks that will occur on! She's a real piece of work in many ways and now is making him very unhappy. I don't take any delight in that, though...would like to see him happy.

Hiya Molls :-) I don't think Son of Soodle has deliberately compartmentalised his life. I think his coping mechanism for being away from home is to not think of home when he is not there. So, when 'home' came to his 'work' life, I think he was caught unawares, and it freaked him a bit. Or maybe he just drank too much beer that night. Either way, he is coming home tomorrow, and that is good.
As a society, we didn't used to move so far away from our families. That was the gist of the conversation that I was in, that some people feel fragmented when that happens.

Surgery went well, he rarely does dishes anyway -- or yard work, or house work.

I have seen pictures of him in the garden helping but never doing dishes. I was kidding about that.
She forgot it in her car, and since we were late AND still needed to stop for gas, I didn't want to turn around. When I specifically asked if there was a compelling reason, she said no... and she COULD have purchased another cookie when we stopped for gas... but still. *sigh*

Exactly. Grant was so happy to have her there, and his friend "Skippy" and his best buddy since third grade as well as Tom and me. We kept things lively.
But I think the whole staff was surprised there were so many people for such a simple surgery. LOL
I am sure she could have found something to eat once you arrived. When I know I need food nothing stops me until I get it.
