Yep. I finally ripped up the zucchini plant I have 32 bags of grated for bread.
It's one of my favourites- but when you buy watermelon these days, the rind is usually too thin.
That is the only way I really love zucchini - in bread. I really like one that has pineapple in the bread.
I do 2 cups in each bag that makes 2 loaves.
I found an old recipe for Apple zucchini bread I am going to try.
How many cups will get out of the 32 bags?
Do you have to squash down the bags?

It's too hot to make bread so I freeze and bake it later, I did however make a chocolate one for fun. I put in cocoa powder about 1/2 a cup and put choc chips in it, gkids loved it.

the new one is called Lyrica. The old one is gabapentin. They are related, so to speak.
good luck with lyrica. i couldn't use it. it made my feet swell more.
yeah, it was either try another medicine and see if it works better, or up the gabapentin even further. I'd rather try the lyrica first. We can always switch back.

I fell in the driveway while feeding the dogs this AM but fortunately, I fell directly on Rufie, so, although banged up and scraped, it could have been much worse without y fluffy boy to cushion the fall

I think I must have gotten dizzy for a sec when I was putting their dishes down. Not really sure.

It just concerns me that you fell because of a dizzy spell. I'm glad your injuries weren't worse.
slips and falls were the bane of my father-in-law in his last two years. he initially slipped in the driveway, landed badly and dislocated his shoulder. A myriad of medical problems sprang from that single fall.
My BP is low in the AM and I am always warning Burt to be careful, and don't pay attention to my own advice

Well, the first one I did trip over something at city hall. I found out then I had broken my fibula. Then, after that they found some tendon damage that was causing my knee to give out.

Then I found out my knees have not developed completely. I have always had small wobbly knee caps, I thought it was the same for everyone :)
you should get in the habit of carrying a nice walking stick, ruby. fashionable as well as handy in getting up or going down steep grades etc.

I put this key into the radiator, and the whole, for wan of a better description, lock I put it into came away WITH the key & water started p*issing out. I was like the little Dutch boy with his finger in the dam. Only not wearing clogs, and not as cute.

nope - going west to Vancouver. Two of the passes are over 5000 feet and no snow tires = $200 fine if you don't have snow tires on when snow is on the road
Canada has Thanksgiving in October because our harvest comes sooner than in the US. Always get the second Monday in October off.
Always good to be safe nan but there is no snow here yet.
I scrabbled around on the floor till I found the housing for the key, as my daughter held towels against the deluge. I roared at her 'Come here quick & bring towels'. She said afterwards she thought somebody had gone into labour in my bedroom.

in Comox Valley, We are going to Victoria for the feast and mini family reunion with all the cousins since all the old folks have died off and we are now the old folks
have a great holiday - we're spending ours with kids and grandkids in Vancouver - also have an appointment with my orthopedic surgeon the following week for my 8 week check-up. Hoping he will say he can do the other knee soon.
I'm so tired of having my life put on hold and I want to be able get back to golfing and travelling next year.
Good luck for the surgery date. It is the waiting that takes the most time.
