My husband the love of my life was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer extensive stage on June 15, 2011. He started chemotherapy on June 20, 2011. We can't believe this is happening to us. I will not allow cancer to come between us. I will fight the horrible beast that has invaded our lives with every ounce of strength I can. There is always hope no matter what. Cancer cannot have us. I will be beside my husband every step of our journey. I will do for him what he cannot do for himself as he would do for me. We have plans to live everyday to it's fullest.

Happy can only come from within...it's a gift you give to yourself!
