nice, stiddy. i adore home-made chicken soup. i used to make it once/month for mil. she loved it. i used chicken wings, just about any vegs i could lay my hands on, pearl barley and lentils. when it was cooked, i would strip the skin off, discard, and strip the meat off and return to the soup. she said it was like a full meal in just one bowl.
we are watching the new season of downton abbey. my chrissie pressie from himself.
I didn't have veggies in this one, because I was mostly making a clear broth for mole tomorrow (hispanic chocolate and chili sauce). But it was tasty!

This week, I have actually emptied about three boxes I think, Matthew got another few. I moved six or eight into the office because that is where the contents will go if I keep them, leaving only ten in the living room (and another 40 or so in the garage).

I also managed to sort through some of my clothes and get some order into the bathroom. :-)
I am going to slow down and pick a snail's pace soon... I don't want to overdo things. But I am glad to finally have some energy again. I think I was sick most of the last month even after I got over that lingering low-level virus.
I am half hoping I had a type of influenza so maybe I have that out of the way and don't have to go through a worse bout.
