there is also paracetamol with added codeine.
Codeine gives me a bigger headache for some reason.So I don't take those.
lol I know... but that is not an over the counter medicine here. The added cafeine is. I found that a good strong cup of coffee works as well, so it is the cafeine that does the trick.

Yes, he remarried in 8/13 after a whirlwind 4 month relationship with another doc with 2 boys the same ages as Mary's 2 oldest. It was WAY too fast for all of the kids.

Mary would be horrified at how things have evolved. Stepmom is aloof and not affectionate or nurturing to Mary's kids. Home life has changed. Dad focuses on academic results, not character development.
I am very very sorry to learn this. I sometimes think of Mary's garden. I wonder if her children ever visit.
And she asked that me and nanny no longer visit, so we were booted out in Dec 13. I have seen the youngest several times at the nanny's home. The older 2 are now 14 and 10.
She sounds awful.
The garden was destroyed when the pool was installed. Dad said he would move the garden, but he didn't. He has discarded everyone from the past, everyone that knew Mary. It is his way of grieving, to block out the past, but every day he looks at Mary's kids.
He wanted a new life and got it. Not better.
He has changed so much and has not honored Mary's wishes. I am so sad, because I told Mary I would love and guide her kids, but I cannot. So I played a role for 5 years after her death. I hope the kids remember how much I love them.
Dad also shut out Mary's mother and brother.
He shut out the children's grandmother and uncle? I cannot understand this.
He had disagreements with them so then discarded them.
